This three-story townhome offers a great layout to enjoy your monthly stay. Enter the ground level just steps away from your dedicated parking spot to a den with a convenient workstation and television. The couch in the den pulls out to a queen sleeper. Level one also includes the master bedroom featuring a king bed, ceiling fan, and newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer are also included on this level for your convenience.
The main living area is located on the second floor, including a well-equipped kitchen which is the perfect setting to prepare meals and easy clean up with the dishwasher and disposal. This level also includes the main dining & living area with vaulted ceilings and a full bath.
Glass slider doors off the living area opens to a balcony offering a relaxing spot to enjoy morning coffee as the sun comes up over Old Town Key West.
The stairway from second level leads to the biggest surprise of this unit - a third floor open loft bedroom. This is where you will find the a queen bed, armoire, sky lights on either side of the ceiling providing good daytime light and a ceiling fan.
Southard Square Condominiums have a beautiful gated entry off Southard Street. The outside common areas of Southard Square provide a tropical oasis, with lush landscaping and one of the largest private community heated pool in Old Town. The common area pool house includes a comfortable seating area, kitchenette, and restrooms.

This is truly in the heart of Key West where you can walk to Duval Street, Ernest Hemingway House, the waterfront, Sunset at Mallory Square, the Southernmost Point and dozens of great restaurants. Also, this is one of the largest pools in Old Town Key West. They just don't make pools this big anymore in Old Town. Kids will love it.

This lovely townhome community is nestled in the heart of Old Town Key West and a short stroll to Duval Street and the Historic Seaport. Five Brother's Deli is one-half block to the east. That's where you will get your morning cafe con leche. And Mangia Mangia on the same block to the west. That's where you'll find great Italian dinners.
The unit itself sits near the far end of Griffin Lane on the east side of building. Other houses on the lane are historic Conch houses.
When you arrive, park your car in your dedicated parking space located right in front of the unit entrance.

About the owner: I have been going to Key West with my family since I was 15 years old and truly love the island. I even got married in Key West and now have a family who also love the island. My oldest son got his scuba diving certification in Key West at 13 years of age. It is a special place to me and my family and I hope to share this special place with others who stay at our townhouse.
Why this property? My parents bought their first Key West condo at Southard Square back in 1987 and I fell in love with the location, the complex and Key West. Now, over 35 years later, I bought my first Key West house in the same complex at Southard Square. It was like coming home again and I am so happy to share this special place with others who also want to be in the heart of Key West during their stay, who want a private getaway sitting by the pool to relax, and then be able to walk to the local watering hole and listen to music or just enjoy the sunset. Truly a special place.

We stayed at Holly's Key West Getaway from October 2022 through May 2023, and it was absolutely fantastic. The unit is in a complex perfectly located in Key West, within blocks of great restaurants, attractions, and Key West sights & sounds.The unit itself is spacious and well-designed, with three floors offering plenty of room to spread out. The lower level had a comfortable primary bedroom, full (recently renovated) bathroom, and office/sitting area. The second floor featured a generous living room, a full bath, and a functional kitchen. The third floor has another full bedroom, perfect for guests.The complex was always well-maintained, and the shared swimming pool was a huge bonus. Overall, our stay was a great experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Key West.Also: Holly (the landlord) is amazing!!

Our stay at Holly's condo was fantastic. The unit is well kept, clean and nicely furnished. It has two full bathrooms with an nicely updated shower. The unit is in the best complex in Old Town.....well kept grounds with a wonderful pool area. Holly was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We look forward to our next trip.

We rented this condo for four months. It is super clean and very comfortable. The pool is awesome. Having a parking space four steps from your door is unheard of in KW. The location couldn’t be better. Right in the middle of Old Town. Lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions are within a short walking distance. The owner is very responsive and takes excellent care of the property.
