About the owner: I have been a resident of Key West since 1994. My love of the ocean and fishing made the island a natural choice for me. I have worked as a charter boat captain and guide before expanding my interest and knowledge of seafood into a successful internet business, , which shipped fresh seafood packages around the country.
In 2000, I expanded the business to include a seafood cafe, Key West Seafood and Beer Garden on Duval Street, as a way to reach a targeted clientele for the seafood shipping portion of the business, and began servicing commercial accounts around the country.
In 2005, was sold and I purchased the Duval Street property where the restaurant was located with an eye for developing it into commercial and residential spaces. The extensive project was completed in 2008 and was occupied by early 2009.

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2009. I worked selling commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker Schmitt before joining At Home In Key West in 2013. I have been acquiring and restoring homes in Key West since 1998 and successfully managing many rental properties.
I live with my wife, a local writer, and two children, in Old Town.

We had 6 couples visiting key west for a week to celebrate milestone birthdays and get away. The houses were perfect for our group. Beautifully decorated,plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and not be on top of each other. The decks /porches at the penthouse worked out perfect as this is where we met to have happy hour drinks, decide dinner plans or eat our catered meal. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch as there was a nice breeze and very relaxing with the landscaped area around us. Mark was a fabulous host. Gave us a layout of the land, great recommendations for places to eat or have cocktails. the property was the perfect location - close to Malory Square and the Wharf area as well as southernmost point. I would highly recommend this property and definitely would stay here again when we return.

What an amazing 6 bedroom property in the heart of Old Town Key West. We did not move the car once, We would not rent one next time as you can walk to everything. It is all so close. The pools were simply magic every afternoon. The place is clean, well decorated and has all the modern ammeities. We will be back next summer. The owner (Mark) was so helpful and knowledgeable, thank you.
