Dos Casas is a unique four bedroom property ideal for groups, families and friends.
Dos Casas is on the 700 block of Fleming Street, the heart of the most beautiful section of Old Town. This lovely 2-house compound is located just a few blocks from Duval Street, Mallory Square and the Seaport. Quiet at night, yet close to the action, this very special neighborhood showcases the best of Old Town Key West --filled with Victorian mansions and historic homes.
Each house has two bedrooms, a shared bath and kitchen facilities. The main house has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, full laundry , bath with shower, king bedroom with a walk-in closet and a queen bedroom with plenty of closet space and a desk, if you are working remotely. The charming cottage is perfect for up to four with a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds, both with plenty of closet space, a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink and microwave, as well as a bath with tub and shower.
The spacious private deck area is totally fenced in with a private heated pool, covered dining area, lounges and comfortable teak chairs. Both houses have front porches with comfy seating -- perfect to enjoy a cocktail and watch the world go by.

Notes:
The security deposit is fully refundable as long as the house is left in good condition, utilities not abused and within the average range for the rental month. We don't like to keep security, and have only done so in very extreme circumstances -- twice in 20 years.
We ask you about your pet. Most are fine, but some pets are not appropriate for the property.

About the owner: The Bonaminio Family is the proud new owner of Dos Casas! We have been guests of the previous owners for the last ten years.
When the opportunity arose to purchase our family's special vacation location , we all agreed that we would happily continue the tradition of providing the perfect vacation home for our guests.
In 2004 , we were invited to visit by friends who owned a timeshare. We immediately fell in love with Key West. That week we purchased 0ur own timeshare. As our family grew we needed more space and a longer stay in our favorite place. We found that in Dos Casas!
Jim and I are originally from Lorain and Cleveland Ohio respectively. We have lived and raised our family and our business in the Cincinnati area since the 1970s.
Why this property? We fell in love with Dos Casas as soon as I walked through the gate. It has a great vibe to it and our guests seem to feel it too -- the reason why they come back year after year. It's a happy house, comfortable and makes everyone who stays feel welcome.
The sunny front porch is always our morning place for coffee and to greet the day. The back porch is our favorite for family dinners and hanging out. And who doesn’t love a pool to jump into day or night?
There's nothing better than being able to walk just a few blocks to Truman Waterfront in the morning, or leave for the Tropic just 10 minutes before the movie starts. We're so close to so many great restaurants (and only two blocks to Fausto's!) -- the location just doesn't get any better.
