About the owner: I grew up outside of Detroit MI and I came down to Key West as a kid every vacation and summer with my family. I have seen many changes through the years but I keep getting drawn to Key West. The spirit of the island never leaves! The moment I step off the plane, I smell the air and I know I am home. I currently live in NYC as a college professor at a community college in Queens.
Why this property? A true conch house! Built and renovated by my father who watched us kids playing in the pool he built. Originally it was two old conch houses that my dad envisioned to create one family home. The house has character and is truly a family home.

We loved this house at the end of a quiet lane. Huge pool! The location was perfect, walking was easy to so many places. Fully fenced and a small backyard made it perfect for our dog. And the shower was amazing in the newly remodeled master bath. It was perfect for us!
