Tony's Conch Retreat, unit 5, is on the 2nd floor, at the top of the stairs, and encompasses the rear of the home from end to end. It has a lovely view of the back yard and the pool!
The large foyer and living area with high ceilings convey a spacious and open coastal feel! The dining table and chairs are custom designed with specialty hardwoods and the owner spared no expense with local original art and other high quality art pieces. The kitchen and is stocked with everything you need!
The quaint den off the living room can be closed off with the accordion doors and curtains. It has an antique desk and comfortable chair. Free WIFI is provided! The couch is a queen sleeper sofa and there is also a small closet for personal items.
Also provided are beach/pool towels, beach chairs and two bikes!

We moved down to Key West in March and have stayed at Tony’s Conch Retreat from May to November and wish we could rent it year-round. This is a true gem of a find in the perfect location in Old Town. When you walk in it feels warm and comfortable with the furnishings and decorations. The apartment has great layout and space for Key West and we absolutely love the back porch with deep overhang to sit with our coffee or a glass of wine and listen to the rain or enjoy a nice breezy day. The bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite and an actual closet that fits hanging clothes and shelves. If you are familiar with Key West, you know this property and its amenities are a true gem of a find! It is a lovely property. The property manager, Meredith and her husband Barry, are very responsive, kind, and wonderful people. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them and they made our rental experience excellent and memorable. Every time we reached out and coordinated, Meredith was always responsive and immediately addressed each question or concern. We had an issue with the HVAC during our stay and they addressed it immediately and had it fixed remarkably fast! They went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make sure we were comfortable during the repair/replacement. Something that could have been a negative experience, turned into a positive. Having been in the home rental business for 20+ years ourselves, we can honestly say, we do not think there is a better Team in Key West to rent from then Pineapple Properties. We could not have had a better experience and highly recommend renting any property from Meredith/Pineapple Properties in the Florida Keys. It was a great experience, great rental property and Meredith and Pineapple Properties were fantastic!

This is a return stay for us because we are so well taken care of by the rental company. Very clean with all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. We walk and ride bikes everywhere we want to go. Highly recommended!

Tony’s Conch Retreat was the perfect place for us to stay. The historic building is located within walking distance to the marina, Mallory Square and Duval Street just to name a few! The unit itself was so beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It felt like home the minute we walked in! Meredith was a wonderful host and attended to anything we needed. We will be definitely be back!

Tony’s Conch Retreat was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. It was good for both work and relaxation, with a desk in a side room and a secluded private balcony. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping, while the house itself is on a peaceful street. I loved my stay!
