We were in KW for Halloween. We stayed at 102 South bldg at LaBrisa. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and clean. The view was exquisite. The apartment overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is right across the street from Smathers Beach. The front of the apartment overlooks the beautiful heated saltwater pool. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean and manicured. We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back to 102 South at La Brisa.

Awesome totally renovated in a very desirerable neighbourhood . Will stay there again and again. Big pool and awesome restaurants close by azur cafe sole and mangiamangia all walking distance
