About the Property
Down a very quite lane the house has one off street parking spot.Enter from gate through lush and colorful walk to front door of main house . Enter into the living room with smart tv ,through to the right into the dinning area. The kitchen is off to the left. There is a large working counter with seating for six. the dinning room table seats 8 for a more formal event. Covered front porch allows for pleasant relaxing with two ceiling fans overhead ,the covered porch off the kitchen and dinning room also has two fans and ample seating for dinner and an area for relaxing .
The main house has two bedrooms, the master has a King bed , the second has a queen bed , both have on suite bathrooms.There is also a very private out door shower area out the master bed room door onto the side deck where you will also find the washer and dryer room.
Across the court yard from the main house is a separate two story guest house ,queen bed upstairs with a very comfortable sitting area downstairs and full bath room. Totally private and romantic for the young guest or perfect to distance your children ! They have their own T.V. in the downstairs sitting area.
The guest cottage is totally separate from the main house over looking the court yard and gardens.
The house may be rented without the guest cottage .The limit of two occupants would apply .A $3,000.00 reduction in rent would apply . However , the cottage would be locked and vacant during rental period.
Behind the main house is a very private heated cocktail pool. Can be accessed trough french doors from the quest bedroom , separate door from the hallway that leads to the quest bedroom or from the deck off the kitchen and dinning room.
There is a third building on premise but that is the owners office and will be locked.
This is one of the larger properties for Key West and offers a very quite and romantic location for a family or three couples .

Cafe Sole one block to the right after leaving the lane ,corner of Southard and Francis St
Manga Manga just down the block toward Duval .
5 Brothers grocery two houses down on Southard Street, great coffee , breakfast and lunch. There will be many menus available at the house for your to make selections ,most deliver as well.
New fish store and restaurant about to open this fall 1/2 block from house
Follow traffic rules while biking, use lights at night, stop at lights and stop signs .
Sunset at Mallory Square is a must , join the celebration nightly.
Most bars and restaurants do happy hours nightly.We'll leave a list of our favorites,you will also find your own!

Formally owned the Montauk Bake Shoppe in Montauk. Key West is our permanent home since retirement.
Why this property? We looked for many years in probably 500 homes throughout Key West.
Hidden Cottage is just that. Off the main "path" !
Secluded and quite with many rear around residence in the area.
It took one walk through to decide. Includes the much converted off street parking so dear to Key West homes. we are driving to California next winted so the parking space will be available to the renter
