Our house offers many amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
Each Bedroom on the second floor has a Queen Size Bed, a Flat screen Smart TV, a full-size dresser and closet space. The main/first floor has a Full-Size Kitchen, Dining, bathroom and Living Area that leads out to a large screened-in back porch. Outside is a beautifully landscaped back yard with room to enjoy for entertainment or relaxation both daytime and with exterior lighting at nighttime.
The Gated Community includes 24-hour security, 2 outdoor pools, fitness center, and beautiful landscaping. Great community for the daily neighborhood walks or bike ride. The Public Golf Course where the property is located is to play at your leisure, for a small fee. From our place, a 10-15 Minute drive to Duval St depending on traffic. A short minute drive or short bike ride to Lower Keys Medical Center, Gerald Adams Elementary and Florida Keys Community College, and Police Station. But yet everything seems like a short bike ride to everything Key West has to offer. Stay at our place while you enjoy Paradise, you will not be disappointed.

Why this property? We bought this home because we love the Keys and it’s an excellent location to be away from the crowd but close enough to be there at any given time!!
The house needed a lot of updating and renovation when we bought it and we are very impressed on how the updates brought new life into our new place in Key West. What a great location to be!!

The townhouse and grounds are exactly as pictured and described! Staying on Stock Island was a great experience. Close enough to beaches and downtown Key West and the island itself offers a number of terrific restaurants and activities. The hosts are responsive and neighbors are terrific. Recommend.

The owners are amazing to work with. The house is newly remodeled and furnished. It was just perfect for 4 people and we had a wonderful time! We were just a few minutes to great restaurants on Stock Island and took no time at all to get down into Key West! When we come back to Key West - this will be the first place we’ll check to see if it’s available.
