Located on a side street off Duval and Truman Avenue, this newly remodeled two-story townhouse is one in a gated cluster of twelve surrounding a beautiful award-winning courtyard. You are within walking distance of all the Key West attractions, yet have the benefit of being on a quiet laid back side street.
The townhouse offers a large living room, dining area, and half bath with a full-size fully appointed gourmet kitchen on the first floor. You can cook four-course dinners or a simple snack for your family. Or bake a cake. The living and dining area features a table for six, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a pull-out queen sofa.
The second floor features a large bathroom with a shower and tub and two queen size beds in separate sleeping partitions for privacy. It offers plenty of closet space plus a work area in the dormer.
The shared courtyard offers a pool, laundry facility, gas grill, and even a fire pit for the rare cool evenings. It offers exotic palms trees and colorful flowers year-round, settled around a fountain, and features bird aviaries providing beautiful, relaxing sound of birds.

Area Information
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood about half a block from the hustle and bustle of Duval street, in the middle of 'Old Town near 'everything'. Walking distance to 'South Beach' on the Atlantic side and 'Loggerhead beach' on the gulf as well as to the Old Harbor with restaurants, schooners, diving boats and sunset sails. It is located a mile from 'Higgs', 'Smathers' beach and 'Fort Zacharie' state park. You'll be able to get out and about with ease. You can rent a bicycle or a scooter next door if you don't like to walk. You don't need a car.
With restaurants and dining spots right around the corner on Duval Street, you won't have to go too far to dive into it all. Take some time to wander through the unique shops to find that perfect prize to remember your trip. Do some stand-up paddleboarding or snorkeling while you're here. Regardless of whether you want to catch fish or just eat fish, we have it here.
Spending a relaxing afternoon by our pool close to 'paradise and far from the ordinary' you will still be connected to the world and your office with the free WiFi. You can eat out at a restaurant, cook a dish on the shared gas grill or prepare dinners in your full gourmet kitchen. There is a CVS convenience store, including wine and beer, within 200 feet and a full grocery store within 4 blocks. Catch up with your favorite cable show in the central A/C while the washer/dryer makes sure the laundry gets done.

This unit is in a tucked away little oasis one street over from all the action on Duval street. If is a very peaceful and unique spot. The unit itself is exceptionally clean and well appointed. It has everything you will need to have a wonderful stay. It feels like home! The managers are on sight and are very gracious hosts and excellent care takers of this property. They are very quick to respond with any issues that arise. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Brian Q.Fantastic Hidden Gem in Old Town
My wife and I (along with our Yorkshire Terrier) can't speak highly enough about our extended stay here. To say this property is a great value would be more than just an understatement. I can't imagine what else you would want from a vacation rental in Key West. Clean, well equipped, private, pool access all within a 30 second walk to some of the best restaurants Key West offers. I could go on and on. What sets this property apart even further are Jens and Trina-absolutely amazing!!! If your going to Key West-stay here!!

We have been visiting Key West for many years and this is becoming our 'holiday home.' Old Town Garden Villas provide a secluded, yet convenient location for all that Key West has to offer. This condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very welcoming. Duval Street is just a block away with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. We also enjoy the well appointed kitchen for special outdoor dining or grilling fresh local fish in the tropical, secluded courtyard. We have made some great friends during our visits here which really makes this our ultimate destination .

We have been visiting Key West for years and generally stay for a month each time. We found the Old Town Garden Villas years ago and only stay there! This is the place to stay. It is strategically located 1/2 block from Duval St. so it is within walking distance of any destination in Old Town. This place is situated in a small complex of 12 townhomes with a beautiful courtyard and pool. Although you are in the middle of the action you enter a quiet courtyard that reminds you of a tropical island. The unit itself has been completely remodeled by professionals and makes excellent use of space. We will stay here every time we visit the Keys.

An upgraded and comfortable condo facing a spectacular garden compound complete with shaded tables, a gas grill and a pool. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything a family could want. The management is very welcoming and social activities abound. The compound is located just off Duval in Old Town, and is close to everything Key West has to offer.

We have stayed in this lovely unit for the past few years for the month of April. Last year.the pandemic made it impossible to spend a month in paradise. The unit is spotless and close to Duval St, beaches and Mallory square. The unit decor is beautiful. as is the courtyard surrounding this unit. The unit has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture.

This unit is a GEM! It is one of 12 rentals which circle around a lushly landscaped courtyard, with a fountain, a small pool, a grilling area, and a coin laundry. So it is conducive to meeting other renters; we've met people from all over the country, Canada and Europe! It is probably the most beautifully decorated unit, and is kept exceptionally clean. We found the kitchen well-stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, and silverware. The large upstairs bedroom has two comfy queen beds. Although it is only a half block from Duval Street (we love that convenience!), it is quiet. There's a CVS across the street that sells wine!!! It is pet friendly, which was nice when our daughter visited with her dog. The one couple who lives there permanently are friendly and accommodating. We loved it!
