Southernmost Studio is a wonderful retreat. My husband and I spent the week in a beautifully pointed studio artment. The space was very clean and tastefully decorated. We very much enjoy cooking meals together, and the kitchen provided everything needed to do so. Dining on the patio while looking at the ocean was perfect. There isn't a location on the island that offers such a peaceful environment. We also very much enjoyed the tropical gardens, birdbaths and stepping stones throughout the property. Of course, when we wanted to venture out, the property is conveniently located within walking or biking distance. It was the perfect vacation!

What a great way to spend our 1st KW vacation.
Holly is very thoughtful and nice. She worked hard to make our stay comfortable, quiet and fantastic. The bikes that we rented from her got us all over the island in style. They had locks, lights and nice baskets for bringing back provisions and treasures. Waking up each morning with all of the windows open to the sound of the waves, the smell of the ocean and the roosters crowing in the background is hard to match anywhere else
(deep breath)... The powder white beach just out the front door is far superior to the typical seawall or sometime weedy aromatic beaches that are found at most other places on the island. The water was very clear, we made it a point to swim every day. At the beach we saw a sea turtle on the first day and a followed a stingray around on the last day. The house is old-school but very, very clean, nice and comfortable. There's no hotel room feel here. You're on the beach in your own home!!! Thanks Holly for all your hospitality.

Perfect Private Key West Rental

Location for this rental is perfect! You can sit out on the front patio and watch the waves roll in from the ocean. We had the downstairs rental. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room with the King size bed in the living room. The rental was very clean. It was perfect for my husband and I. We could cook food, relax and enjoy the view from all the windows of the beautiful ocean and beach. Holly (the owner) was very friendly and easy to deal with. She has a lot of knowledge of the things to do while you are there. I really enjoyed staying there. Easy check in and easy check out! Javier (Holly's husband) even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport! We had access to the Hilton Curio's Swimming pool and beautiful beach. The pool is super warm, they have a restaurant and bar, so it was easy to spend your day hanging out at the pool. It is a great perk to be right next door to this Hotel. Holly has bikes you can rent. I highly recommend renting them otherwise you do a lot of walking. If you rent the golf carts, you have to pay for parking, everywhere. No free parking! The Rental is fully stocked with snorkel masks, towels, beach bags, boogy boards. We will rent here again.

This place is an ABSOLUTE DREAM!!! The studio is hidden from the street. The view is AWESOME!!! Walk out the door and BOOM your on the beach!!! The bikes are so fun, you are just a few pedals away from all the BEST Key West has to offer. Holly, is so sweet and helpful....she gave us info on 3 of the BEST activities around. We LOVED THE STUDIO, HOLLY AND EVERYTHING KEY WEST HAD TO OFFER.

We chose this listing because we wanted to have the true key west experience!! The house definitely makes you feel like a true local. Each morning enjoying coffee on the patio and the ocean waves lull us to sleep each night. Doesn’t get much better! The beach is a stone throw away with activities you can enjoy such as jet ski kayak etc. all within a couple feet from patio!! The house itself is equipped with all needs: kitchen stuff, towels, even beach stuff. This was one of our best vacations ever!

Beautiful view of the ocean from the front porch. Perfect spot for reading, unwinding but also people-watching. Beehive of activity out the front door due to a wave runner rental company just over the fence which affects the tranquility somewhat but not a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

Incredible location!
We celebrated my 40th Birthday here and it was so special! Holly and Javier’s home is beautiful and eclectic.
We love and appreciate the Key West/locals vibe that is missing in most hotels. We woke up looking at the ocean every morning and we really enjoyed the beach.
Most people don’t know that sandy beaches are few and far between here, so it was a real treat to have that just steps away!
We highly suggest renting the bicycles they offer. Such a fun way to see the island!
We had the best of both worlds staying here: walking distance from Duval but most nights we spent on the patio at the house since it was quiet and peaceful.
We enjoyed wine, listened to the waves and the stars are amazing here on clear nights! This was my first Key West vacation that I actually felt RELAXED.
I felt comfortable, safe and knew Holly was just a call away if we needed anything at all. This home away from home has everything you need and the location is amazing!!
We really hope to get back here one day.

A wonderful uniquely key west experience!
The studio is awesome. It is decorated by a local artist (the owner) and has a very unique Florida keys feel to it.
The bed was amazingly comfortable (enough so that I snapped a picture of the label because I want to buy the exact same one!).
The location is absolutely perfect..an easy walk to anywhere on Duval street, but at the same time in a quiet area right on a beautiful beach and pool with beach/pool side bar service.
The beach view from the front porch is hard to beat anywhere and very difficult to find in key west.
I don’t usually stay in the same place twice when I travel, but the next time I come to key west it will be really hard to pass this place up.
The hosts Holi and Javier were also amazing. Holi had so many great recommendations for places to go while was here.
She was the most responsive vrbo host I’ve ever had in almost 20 years of using the site.
When the ice maker in the unit broke, instead of interrupting my stay by sending a repairman in, she supplied me with ice upon request throughout my stay
and is having the ice maker repaired today after I check out.
That’s amazing service! Thank you Holi and Javier.

Excellent place for couples The pictures doesn’t do the place justice.
It’s an eccentric, beachy vibe decor and has everything you need and more. Beautiful view of the beach, quiet area but close enough to walk or ride a bike to all the activities on Duval Street.
Definitely would recommend this place especially for a romantic getaway.

My husband and I were fortunate this winter to spend ten days at Southernmost Studio. I found our 5 Star Studio on VRBO.
I was hoping that the studio would be as nice as described but it was better than either one of us ever anticipated.
We were afraid that being a studio it would be rather small. However, it was very spacious.
We were within close walking distance of many restaurants on Duval Street and the surrounding area yet our neighborhood was very quiet.
Our patio was directly on the beach and every evening we would sit and have a glass of wine as the sun set.
At night we could fall asleep listening to the waves. Bicycles were available that we rode daily around the island.
It was so nice we are planning on returning next year.

My husband and I had an awesome stay at this studio in Key West. It was sublime to open the sliders and hear the ocean all night.
To wake to the early morning sky and see the clouds peel away, revealing beautiful sand and water. Duval is an easy walk and/or bike ride.
We went all around Key West and felt great coming back to the studio rather than a hotel. Mixing margaritas,
reading a book while looking out the window before dinner was much better than hearing other guests in the halls.
It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. Everything you needed was there. It was clean and well maintained.
This is not an opulent space, the bathroom and shower are small, but big enough to do what you need to do.
It is extremely comfortable with a clever use of space. The views are show stopping and you will be surrounded by peace.
Spend the money and rent the bikes from the owner, it’s better than hassling with the bike vendors.
The owner left laminated maps of Key West with recommended restaurants including coffees, good deals, etc.
We checked out one of them–an authentic Cuban restaurant, and we weren’t disappointed.
The owner was not onsite at the time we were there, but she checked in with us on our first night to make sure we had everything we needed.
We left a bottle of wine for the next guests, hoping they would do the same before they left and that others after them would pay it forward.
You get access to the private beach and pool next door. It was fun to be able to take advantage of these amenities and the staff were polite and accommodating.

It's literally THE BEST spot in all of Key West. Quiet, private, clean, and cozy. You have all you need for your stay.
Breathtaking views of the beach and ocean out every window! Just lay in the bed, listen and watch the waves!
Enjoy your cup of coffee and enjoy the view from the cute little kitchenette. Theres a nice TV but we chose to enjoy only the beauty and entertainment of the Tropical nature.
The beach is so private and the BEST in all of Key West. The pool next is door is really nice too.. enjoy both!
We really enjoyed the bicycles too! How convenient to just hop on the bike and ride all over Old Town Key West, down Duvall Street and to Mallory Square
without having to fight or pay for parking. Sunsets at Mallory Square are a must to attend! EVERY NIGHT!
Holly is extremely nice, and very helpful with any questions you may have! She and her studio are one of kind!
When we return to celebrate an anniversary, we will definitely be contacting Holly.

With an open floor plan, spacious and very comfortable, boasts high ceilings, a complete custom kitchen, breakfast items in fridge for a private romantic Bed and Breakfast feel but for just you two!!

You can see Atlantic Ocean from your KING BED and larger than life windows; 77 inches high 53 inches across as the front double window faces out overlooking your private lanai, and huge beach and ocean views. Expansive ocean beach views seen easily from the indoor four top! enjoy- wild life, sea birds, Beach views, paddleboarders, swimmers, frisbee players, wave runners in the distance, shrimper boats drying their nets, watch di on the sea!

Your Cabana guys are courteous and respectable and work very hard, our guests gladly hand them a thankyou. Wave runner rental on beach till they change and return main business and vehicles back to Casa Marina Resort.
