A Wave From It All is a newly renovated, charming bungalow single story home. Being located less than 100 yards to the gorgeous sugar white sands of Frangista Beach, this is a perfect family friendly home. Room for 18 guests, the home features a Master King Bedroom, 4 custom bunk rooms with a set of Twin/Twin and Queen/Queen bunks comfortably sleeping 4 in each room. There are two custom shared hall bathrooms with walk in showers. This home does not disappoint when it comes to family fun! Included in the large, open family room is a 65-inch TV, dining nook that seats 6 and a spacious newly upgraded kitchen. With updated stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, brining families together for meals is a breeze!
Outside, soak up the fun to the max in the elevated Splash Pool, share stories around the fire table, and maximize your grilling plans with the HUGE outdoor pergola with built in grill, sink and icemaker. Want to play cornhole? NO problem, it's right there too! Come and disconnect from the everyday go of life and be A Wave From It All!

*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
* This home rents ONLY Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer Months.
* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children and families.
* PARKING: Space for 5 vehicles. No Grass/Street Parking Community Rules
* Weddings/Events –Not Permitted on the Private Beach Access.*
* No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community.*
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Beach Towel Rental: Beach Towels are available for rent at this home, which means you don't have to pack them! Limit of 4 Packs of 5 Towels MAX per Reservation for $20 per Stay. Guests Must Wash and Leave at Property Upon Departure. Additional Charges Will Be Assessed for Stolen or Lost Towels.
This property does not feature use of a washer and dryer. Please note that for stays 1 week or longer, additional bath towels are provided at no additional charge.
Electric Golf Cart Rentals— We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free!.

Private splash pool, Close to the beach and plenty of space to run around! The private beach access is just down the road from the home with sidewalks lining the roads make travel safe and practical!
There is so much family friendly activities in the area! You can enjoy the sugary white sands and emerald waters of the beach, rent exciting water sports such as jet skis or go kite surfing. There is a large movie theater in the Silver Sands Shopping complex, go-karts, amusement rides, a large outdoor water park. This area caters to families and there are always special outdoor entertainment events and activities for all ages!

Destin Snorkel offers a wide range of tours on our Coast Guard approved passenger boats; Reef Runner, Kokomo, Sand Dollar, Snuba Runner and the Sea Horse. The entire team at Destin Snorkel prides themselves in customer service. We'll take you out on the beautiful waters surrounding Destin and the Emerald Coast for a safe and enjoyable tour. *Includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwashing liquid. These are a small set of starter supplies meant to get guests through the first day or two to take inventory of what is needed for their stay. Once these provisions have been used, its the guests responsibility to purchase for the remainder of their stay.
Fully stocked kitchen! It’s like cooking at your own home! This beach house will have everything you need and more. No pantry items provided such as coffee filters, spices, bags, oils, foil or storage containers.
Grill out by the pool. This home has a beautiful gas grill.
*Propane is included.
Private pool. The private pool can be heated from October 1st - May 1st.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 90 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 1/3rd required at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee of $399. If canceled within 90-60 days to arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the required 1/3rd made at the time of booking. Cancelations made 60 days or less to the date of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid towards the reservation to include all taxes and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancellations are made when the final payment has not yet been made. If canceled and payment was not received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 1 week prior to your arrival date, codes for the home and private beach gated access will be sent via email to you. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.

Is there an Age Requirement
All homes managed by Beach Reunion require our guests to be 25 years of age or older in order to reserve and stay in the home. Exclusions only apply to those traveling in a family vacation with younger children. No student groups/ student groups with chaperones. No exceptions
Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are not permitted in the condo. Medical service dogs providing medically necessary services for its handler are the only exceptions.
