EMERALD COVE is a 3 bedroom (plus bunkroom), 2-bathroom vacation rental, with beach access, located in the quiet community of Seaspray, is new to the market and ready to give your Destin getaway the luxury it deserves! New floors, 2019 remodeled kitchen with new quartz and cabinetry, and new fixtures and decor throughout! Newly remodeled pool deck and landscaping 2021! Driveway fits 4 modest-sized vehicles. If you have large vehicles or need more parking, contact me in advance.
The living room has a brand new 65in 4K SMART TV
Each bedroom comes with a 4K Smart Fire TV equipped with cable TV.
MARCH 1ST TO OCT 31ST ALL BOOKINGS ARE CHARGED THE WEEKLY RATE. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are also charged the weekly rate. Saturdays will only be crossed if adjacent bookings are checking OUT before Saturday or checking IN after Saturday.
Rates are based on 10 guests. Additional guests are $100 per booking/week. DURING THE SUMMER, WEEKLY RATES ALWAYS APPLY. Can sometimes cross Saturdays. Holiday fee of $300 will sometimes be charged.
Pool Heating is an additional $35 per day.
Please ask for rental agreement before booking. Where in conflict, the terms of our rental agreement supersede all other terms and information elsewhere.
