Two pools, tennis courts, free use of the clubhouse and a well equipped exercise facility. Best of all is our private beach area with the famous sugar white sands. Plenty of free parking.
"Happy Hours" has 2 bedrooms, (king in master, queen in second). 2 full custom designed bathrooms with Malibu vanities and LED lighting. 3 flat screen TVs, free area wide Wi-Fi, blue ray player,queen size hide-a-bed in living room, Completely updated kitchen with new appliances. We provide a tourist book that has many money saving coupons. Other than Florida tax and cleaning fee, we do not charge any other fees. Many rentals are now charging resort fees, booking fees, linen fees, even parking charges. "HAPPY HOURS" at Maravilla, come as our guests, leave as our friends.
Why Kids Love It
During school vacation times, we are very much a family community. Your kids will meet other kids their age to "hang out " with. Plenty of family things to do nearby including waterparks, and amusement parks.

Upon arrival the condo was cool and clean.Very welcoming after many hours of driving. Wonderful large deck, view of the beach.The condo was just as described it had everything that you could possibly need. The location is amazing. Maravilla is great family- friendly condos, 2 swimming pools, hot tub. Walking distance to restaurants. What can I say about Andy the owner? An absolute joy to work with....Any questions he got back to you quickly,actually checked on us while we were there.This was one our of best stays in Destin.. Look forward to staying here again,,,
