This four year old gated community home is fully furnished The large master bedroom suite has two large walk in closets,Walk in shower, double sinks and linen closet and a TV.The guest bedroom has two twin beds with two closets and full bathroom with tub and shower head. There is a flex/office room with a pull out sofa,and desk.The living room has two sofas,Tv etc.The living room, dining room with table and six chairs, kitchen with three bar stools at the island are all an open floor plan. There is a large pantry in the kitchen. The attached garage is a two car. The lanai is screened and overlooks a preserve.The home is four houses away from the Amenity center which has a resort-style pool, fitness center,Pickleball and Bocce Ball. Venice Beach, Manasota Beach, Englewood Beach and Casperson Beaches are all within 10 miles. Siesta Key and Beach which is rated #1 in the country is a half hour away. The new Atlanta Braves spring training stadium is two miles away. There is a new Town center within walking distance Publix food store Taco and Pizza restaurants, nail salon Dunkin Dounuts,UPS 7-Eleven and gas station.
The information center is open and located next to Publix.Around the end of 2022 there will be an 80 acre lake with 2.8 mile walking,biking grass/loung area. Kyaks and paddleboards will also be available to rent at the floating dock, A Hotel will overlook the lake.There are many golf courses and other walking,biking and hiking areas near by. The home is available long or short term with a min. stay of 4 months January through March
Unique Benefits
After looking at many communities my wife and i liked The Preserve because of the open floor plan with room for guests,the two car garage for our car,bikes, beach chairs etc. Being a small community of 225 homes the neighbors are very friendly with a mix of young and retired people.
Why Kids Love It
Children love being close to the pool,biking paths and The beaches that are known to be the sharks teeth capital of the world. Nokomis beach has 14 miles of white sand and at sunset on Wed. and Sat. people gather for the drum circle where people play drums and other native instruments while others dance if they wish to.Legacy trail is also extremely nice for biking and walking it is 12.5 miles starting in Venice and ending in Sarasota.
Area Information
The Atlanta Braves new stadium is great for spring training games and a wonderful farmers market. Kayaking and a boat ride on the Myakka River are a very nice adventure located at Snook Haven jusy 3 miles from the home. Rt. 75 is also 3 miles away for easy travel north and south. Myakka State park is also a very nice place for walking, hiking and bird watching. Ringling Circus Museum is in Sarasota 1/2 hour away.

The brand new Wellen Park Town Center [2miles away] with restaurants,shops, 80 acre lake,walking paths just opened 02/2023.

Breakfast at Word of Mouth on E.Venice ave is great, Angelo's on E, Venice and Pinebrook Rd.is great for dinner, to go orders, and wonderful bakery goods.Irma's tacos,Boco Lupo pizza/italian along with more eateries are a 2min. drive from home.

About the owner: I live in Northern N.J. my whole life. We purchased this
home to move here after retirement so
meantime have it available for rent and enjoyment.
Why this property? We have three friends that have moved to Venice and love it.
We visited a few times and decided we would join them.

Unfortunately this beautiful place was not available, but I did want to comment on the quick response I received from Paul, the owner. He immediately responded to two of my email inquiries. I have friends in this area, so was hoping to find a nice place to hunker down for the winter months. My search will continue. Blessings to all who are fortunate enough to rent this lovely home.
