The kitchen is the hub of the home. The space is lit by tons of natural light that floods in from the front of the home as well as the adjacent lanai. In the kitchen, in addition to the major appliances, you'll find all of the cooking essentials to prepare and enjoy a simple or gourmet meal after a day basking in the sun or adventuring.
The private back yard is likely where you'll want to dine and spend most of your time. Have an afternoon cocktail on the lanai while chatting with your loved ones before transitioning to dinner alfresco. The backyard has been beautifully landscaped and is surrounded by a privacy fence featuring a fire pit.
The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for six guests. The primary Bedroom has new, high-quality king mattresses, and the guest room has two twins. There is also a queen sized air mattress for some last minute guests. Your stay includes the softest bed linens and towels. The primary bedroom as well as the guest room has TV with Roku which has tons a free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.

I rented this house for 7 weeks during February and March 2026. It was very clean and spacious for me and my 3 dogs. The big plus was the fenced back yard where they could go out and play. There was a nice patio that I used almost every sunny day. Great for having a meal or coffee. There was a new gas grill and fire pit. There were beach chairs and umbrella that got used frequently.I was surprised at the extra amount of sheets and towels that were available. Even a few cleaning supplies. I really felt at home away from home. Plenty of closet space and storage. Lots of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Well stocked!I had family and friends come down during my stay and they had plenty of room in the 2nd bedroom and bathroom.I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already reserved it for next year. I highly recommend this house. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything.

This home is in the perfect location to visit the beaches or nearby cities. The kitchen was well stocked, as we cooked a lot at home. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasure to hear the mockingbirds sing each day in the large back yard. Having a garage is a big plus also. We would gladly come back to this nice home

The house had everything that we needed for our stay. A very well equipped kitchen and the two bathrooms come in very handy. We only used one of the bedrooms so you could say the house was bigger than we needed. The inside lanai at the back of the house is great and the outside patio area was very relaxing. He had a portable gas firepit that we did not use as it was windy for most of our stay. It also had a gas BBQ. an inside attached garage to keep the car out of the sun was an added plus. Overall we got everything that we needed and more.
