Bright, comfortable,and inviting villa.

The perfect location -- a short walk to the beach and an equally short walk to downtown Venice. This villa is clean, well equipped and comfortable. I did not want for anything. Beat welcomed me warmly upon arrival and was available if needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

"Peaceful Home"

I cannot express enough how wonderful (Be'at) the owner is and what a beautiful and relaxing home this is. I relocated to the area for work and didn't know what to do for the short time until my husband moved down. Be'at is a gracious and amazing person that made me feel like everything was going to be ok with relocating. I definitely didn't want to leave and wish we could have stayed there forever. Everything from the clean accommodations, relaxing garden, steps to the beach and around the corner from downtown Venice. This home made us fall in love with Sarasota County and Venice, which will be our forever home.

Quiet retreat near beach and down-town Venice Island

We had never visited Venice Island before, but heard it was the best retreat in SW Florida. Very happy I visited!Our stay in the one-bedroom garden bungalow was everything we wanted. The upscale neighborhood is very safe, quiet and beautiful for walks and biking.The location is between the public beach and down-town is just perfect, and only 5 minutes from the farmers market and the public tennis courts.The Floridian style bungalow is spacious, has a terrazzo floor, tastefully decorated, comfortable king-size bed (!), very clean, private and surrounded by a nice tropical garden.All you need to bring is your suitcase. We look forward to many returns to this lovely vacation home.

Wonderful

Beat I don’t think you would remember me it has to be at least eight or nine years ago that we stayed on Granada Ave.My husband past away 5 years ago so I just started going back to florida. I’ve been staying at Venice Ave condo for the past three years but the owner just sold the place. Just wanted to know if you have any rentals on the island or if you know of any. you were such a great landlord .I was happy that I came across your two rentals.All my best to you and Ingrid.Hope all is well

This rental has it all!

Walking distance to downtown and beaches. Very friendly area. Nice and quiet. One bedroom and one bathroom good for a couple. Nice,neat well furnished. Couldn't ask for more, but we did, and our host responded quickly and graciously. I've never met a more accommodating landlord. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Loved It

Favorite place we've ever stayed in Venice! The one-bedroom Florida style bungalow is very spacious, clean, has a beautiful terrazzo floor and is very tastefully decorated.This comfortable and cozy space was perfect for our extended stay with the farmers market just around the corner, walking just a few minutes to the beach and downtown restaurants, stores + tennis courts! We highly recommend this private and quiet place which rents for a very reasonable price.
