Enjoy all new well equipped modern kitchen with high end finishes including granite countertop. Take in golf course and water views from main screened lanai as you drink your morning coffee. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a separate lanai. Additional guests can stay on living room queen size sleeper sofa. The unit has a full size washer and dryer. One assigned carport parking spot is included and there is plenty of available extra parking for residents and guests. A heated community pool is a short walk away. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided for your use. The apartment is located on a second floor with access through outside stairs so please keep in mind for those with mobility concerns. Per HOA rules, no pets are permitted. Reservation is subject to HOA application review and $150 HOA fee. All utilities and WiFi/Cable are included. Minimum monthly stay required per HOA regulation. This is strictly a non smoking property. Additional 13% city & county tax rate applies to rentals less than 6 months. Cleaning fee is included in monthly rate.

Venice fishing pier and Sharky's on the Pier restaurant are 10 minutes away. Drive further to Sarasota to famous Siesta Key and Lido beaches as well as other attractions such as Mote acquarium, jungle gardens and more. I75 is within 10 minute drive.
