Open floor plan and vaulted ceiling make the space feel spacious and airy. Relax in a well appointed elegant living room with a 65 inch TV . Primary bedroom suite has a luxurious king size bed and features an upscale bathroom with granite countertop, a walk in shower and a rain shower head. Enjoy all new well equipped modern kitchen with high end finishes including granite countertop. Take in golf course and water views from main screened lanai as you drink your morning coffee. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a separate lanai. Additional guests can stay on living room queen size sleeper sofa. The unit has a full size washer and dryer. One assigned carport parking spot is included and there is plenty of available extra parking for residents and guests. A heated community pool is a short walk away. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided for your use. A storage room is also available near the carport to store your bikes or golf clubs. The apartment is located on a second floor with access through outside stairs (no elevator) so please keep in mind for those with mobility concerns. Per HOA rules, no pets are permitted. All utilities and WiFi/Cable are included. Minimum monthly stay required per HOA regulation. This is strictly a non smoking property. Additional 13% city & county tax rate applies to rentals less than 6 months. Cleaning fee is included in monthly rate. Reservation is subject to HOA (homeowners' association) application review and $150 HOA fee.
