The private 15x30-foot saltwater pool gives you room to swim, play and relax. The pool heater is set to 88°F year-round. Enjoy the screened pool area, outdoor dining, and a grill with propane provided. The oversized, fully fenced backyard has 8-foot privacy fencing.

Several Venice-area beaches are about 4–5 miles away, an easy drive for a beach day before returning to your own pool. Downtown Venice offers local shops and restaurants. For a beach outing with your dog, drive to Brohard Paw Park and its dog beach.

The kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Wi-Fi, DIRECTV and TVs in the two main bedrooms and living room make it easy to settle in between outings.

Bicycles and beach gear are provided, including chairs, towels and shark-tooth sifters. On-site laundry adds convenience after beach and pool days.

We loved everything about our stay. Ryan is super friendly and helped us immediately with every question. The pool is wonderful and the entire house is very nice. Fully equipped kitchen, lot of (pool) toys. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.When we travel to the west coast of Florida next time, we will definitely want to stay here again!

The heated pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring, and the quiet neighborhood made it feel like a peaceful retreat.The location is ideal—close to both the park and the beach, so we were able to enjoy nature and the ocean with ease. The yard was stunning, and we loved having bikes to ride around the area and plenty of sand toys for the kids. It truly had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!The hosts were incredibly accommodating and thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. Location was great and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and retail stores within a few miles. Home was clean and bed was very comfortable. House was well supplied with everything you need. Loved the pool and fenced in yard. We absolutely loved this house and the setting. Hope to be back next year.

This South Venice rental home was perfect for a fun filled and relaxing stay. The newly redesigned large pool area has amazing touches and is absolutely beautiful!! The largest pool we have ever seen in a rental. Riding bikes through nearby Shamrock park was also a highlight. The home is equipped with all a family needs for an oven cooked eat-in meal or pool deck BBQ. The house is so comfortable it felt like our home away from home. Thank you Ryan & Lee for this gem of a vacation rental home! We look forward to a yearly return!

As soon as I walked in to the house, it said to me “Relax, have fun, you’re on vacation!” The decor is beautiful, the pool and outdoor area is amazing, and the house has all the modern conviences and is so comfortable. I loved staying here, and didn’t want to leave. Plus, the proximity to Shamrock Park and the beaches were a bonus. I highly recommend staying here, and I will be back!

Located in South Venice very close to Shamrock Park. The neighborhood is very quiet with low traffic making it perfect for that anytime of day walk or bike ride. The entrance to Shamrock Park is just a 5 minute walk to scenic trails, for walking or riding, and connect to a trail that follows the inter coastal waterway farther than I cared to go. The park also offers tennis and basketball courts. Beaches and great restaurants are all easily accessible, and by car, only minutes away. The associated pool makes spending the day with a book, your favorite music and beverage, an excellent option.
