Beautiful lake view large ground floor condo. Both front and rear heated / air-conditioned glassed in secure lanai's appointed with ceiling fans with light kits, with 1 new king sized remote controlled bed for late night reading. 1 queen sized bed, 1 full sofa bed and 3 twin beds with 2 full ensuite bedrooms with ceiling fans. Both ensuite full bath rooms are nicely tiled with a shower in the master and a soaking tub/shower in the guest bath room. Efficiently organized Kitchen with ceiling fan and light kit is modern and fully equipped with newer all electric appliances and quiet dishwasher for multiple sets of dishes and glassware with easily sanitized tile floor.
The floor throughout living area and bedrooms is wood-like laminated planks for easy sanitary care and tasteful enhancement of the newly purchased comfortable furniture. Each bedroom has its own HDTV and the nearly 55 inch diagonal Roku HDTV is visible in the living room and dining room when you are entertaining guests. Off the rear lanai in its own laundry and storage room is a full sized washer and dryer. In the same space you will find ample fishing poles and tackle box for use at the license free new $5 million dollar pier at Sharky's beachside restaurant.
The HOA mandate is NO SMOKING AND NO PETS on the premises. The unit is less than 20 steps from the heated outdoor pool complex with private bathrooms and showers and plenty of new deck furniture and tables with umbrellas. The pool is 9 ft. deep at one end so you can do your treading water exercises. All pool toys such as noodles etc. are provided for your use and the use of your younger guests. Just outside your front door is your carport and lockable storage closet. The rear secure lanai opens on to an enclosed patio with comfortable tables and chairs underneath a full trellis with a 180 degree view of the wide lake frequented by birds of many different kinds fishing in the plentiful schools of fish.

We have been renters of unit 193 at Cerromar Rd. for several years mainly due to its favorable location. Plantation Golf and CC is a premier Venice property and Farmington Vistas is a wonderful condo section of Plantation. Unit 193 is a first floor unit and is merely steps from the pool, club house and library which serves as the social hub for this community. The unit itself, under its new ownership, has a supply of towels of various types as well as minimal cleaning supplies. The kitchen is equipped with enough utensils and cookware to make meal preparation routine. The unit itself is very comfortable with its 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a small den off the master bedroom which can serve as a computer or sun room. The lanai is spacious and comfortable. The unit is not fancy but a place in which to feel comfortable. We have rented other places in Plantation and 193 is by far our favorite.

Thanks, this unit is owned by a family who takes care to enhance the home to the standard of their own personal home. Whenever we visit we maintain, upgrade and improve as necessary. We take pride in the furniture and fixtures and treat each new guest as our friend.

Wonderful Condo with great amenities and a short distance to beaches

Every January, for the last 5 years ,we have rented the condo at Unit #193, 446 Cerromar, in Venice, Florida. For the last 2 years, the property has been owned by Tom and Karen Oconnor, who are delightful and always helpful. Their ownership has resulted in several welcome enhancements to the property. It feels comfortable and inviting every time we step in the front door after nearly a year's absence. The Oconners maintain the property well and are quick to respond if concerns come up. We look forward to spending many more Januarys in the Oconners comfortable and inviting condominium.The location is great, on a quiet street, just minutes from the amenities of shopping, dining, beaches, and entertainment. The pool and community center are convenient just across the street and the carport is close to the front door; the rear lanai overlooks one of the many ponds in the Plantation neighborhood.Great get-away!!!!Craig and Lorna Michigan snowbirds

Comfortable condo lacking nothing

There is absolutely nothing missing in this condo. The owners have thought of everything. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood with large pool less than fifty steps from door to pool lounge chair. Very nice layout for company with bedroom/bathroom privacy. Stayed in this condo February 2019 and 2020. If you have any questions, Tom is quick to respond with answers. You will love it. We liked it so much we became owners in the same complex.Bill & Gail

Relaxing oasis in Venice

Ideal peaceful lake view setting within 10 minutes of the ocean Loved the location within the complex, it’s like having a private pool 25 steps away but without the upkeep, very quiet neighborhood for walking. Great for bird watching and beautiful sunsets! Convenient to the quaint Venice shops, lots of restaurants and 30 minutes to Sarasota. We’ll be back next Summer!
