About the owner: Born and raised in Danbury Connecticut, Paul and his wife have decided to spend their winters in beautiful Venice Florida. Starting with a condo and then upgrading to a house. He then decided to rent out the condo. Since Paul comes from a business background, it wasn’t long before he realized he had a knack at being a landlord. Soon one condo became two and two became three and three became four. We now offer four condos in the same association of Farmington Vistas in Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice Florida. Paul and his wife now permanently live in Venice only 10 minutes away from the condos if anything is ever needed.

Beautiful Apartment with the greatest view!
This was our first rental ever and I am in awe with how smooth the process was. Paul was super accommodating, worked with us so well and helped us with all we needed. Could not have asked for better landlord or communication
