You can walk to Shamrock Park and the beaches are a short drive away, or a longer bike ride for those looking for a little more of an adventure.
The pool is set at 86 degrees year round and the spa is set to 102 degrees living you a great combination for relaxing and swimming year round. The salt water creates a softer feel on the skin and most find it to be more comfortable. You can hop out of the pool and head to your outdoor dining area and living space to enjoy some reading, coffee, or a cocktail.
Walking distance to Shamrock Park is one of the best features of this home. Enjoy it by yourself, with family, friends, and of course your furry friends. It's a great place to bring your dog daily. Shamrock Park offers beautiful walking trails that link to the intercoastal waterway, birding and other nature viewing, tennis, basketball, a nature center, and a really nice playground for the kids.
The home is located about 10-12 minutes from 4 different beautiful beaches. Each beach has it's on personality to be enjoy. The Venice dog beach is also popular for those who want to take their dog to the beach with them.
Venice downtown is only 10 minutes away. There you can enjoy local shops and the Venice Theater.

We had perfect weather, enjoyed Shamrock Park and walks around the canal. The home is decorated in lovely colors, the daybed in the Florida room next to the pool was my favorite spot to take a nap or read, the pool was kept at an inviting temperature. On our way back from Sarasota where there is a famous statue of the soldier kissing the nurse at the end of WW2, love it, we heard about Siesta Key, being recently voted the best beach in the USA. Just didn't have time to get back there, next time.Lots of great restaurants nearby, Pops, Pinchers, a few of our favorites.ENJOY

This was the perfect cozy home. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. With an open floor plan (living room and dining room area). The heated pool and spa was perfect under the lanai. The yard is spacious. The kitchen was convenient with plenty of cabinet space. The beds were comfortable. There is a master on one side and the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of this home. There are plenty of towels and beach towels for your liking. There was a couple of beach chairs and floats/noodles. There are bikes for people that want the exercise. The beaches are close and plenty of shopping near by. If your looking for a cozy home this is it.

My family stayed in this home when evacuated for Milton. We found the home beautifully kept with all kinds of amenities. The heated pool ,spa and screened in porch was a welcome relief. The owner kept in touch with us (as much as possible) during and after the storm. He could not have been more helpful! The property was cleaned up within 48 hours! The neighbors were friendly. We will stay again (hopefully under more pleasant circumstances)!
