This beautiful first floor, spotless end unit condo is just steps away from the community pool and less than 20 minutes from the beaches of Venice. You will love the many activities offered - or choose to relax on the patio and enjoy the golf course views.
Both bedrooms have sturdy real wood KING beds with storage drawers, TVs and ceiling fans; the primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, a washer-dryer and a sliding door to the lanai. The living room has a leather queen sofa bed and large TV with Comcast cable.
The lanai is the perfect setting for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The outdoor patio offers views of magnificent Florida birds- and an occasional alligator in the water hazards of the golf course.
You can cook a gourmet meal in the fully appointed kitchen, or just use the new microwave to reheat delicious fare from the local restaurants.
Carport for one car, plus additional parking, outside storage unit.
Unfortunately due to the condo regulations no pets are allowed.
All linens are included.
RATES INCLUDE 13% RENTAL TAX AND CLEANING FEE.
THIS PROPERTY IS RENTED BY THE CALENDAR MONTH ONLY with check out on the last day of the month. In the summer, if the unit is not rented, you may be able to extend your stay.
*Westchester Gardens requires that an application to lease be submitted for all rentals. There is a one-time $50 application fee. The HOA does require that the forms be submitted no later than 15 days before check in. *

A friendly reminder that your checkout time is 11:00am.
Before you leave, please could we ask you to do the following:
• Strip the beds of all used linens and sheets. You can just leave them on the
floor.
• Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor
• Take the trash out
• Wash any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
• Move all furniture to where it was at the beginning of your stay.
Locking up
Once you’re ready to depart, please ensure that you:
• Check each room to ensure you have not left any personal items behind
• Make sure that the refrigerator and freezer have been cleared of all food
• Check that all windows are closed
• Lock the front door and leave the keys on the kitchen counter

Catch the Baltimore Orioles Spring training in Sarasota at Ed Smith Stadium and the Atlanta Braves spring training in North Port at CoolToday Park. There is also a Sarasota soccer team, Sarasota Metropolis FC.

I live in Maryland and work in Annapolis; I am a Settlement
Officer for a local title company.
Why this property? My long-time friends live in the next building -- Bob is my property manager and will assist you with arrival and introductions to the neighborhood and activities.

Carol F.Tasteful, spacious, quiet. Beyond our expectations..
As soon as the door was opened for us we knew we were exactly where we needed to be. The kitchen just inside to the right was open concept with counters between the front door and a large passway to the dining room with views through the living room to the lanai and outside to the patio which overlooked the pond and the golf course. As we went through the bedrooms and baths it was as if Beth had somehow known our taste in decorating. All the rooms were full of sunshine and there was a beautiful cross draft from the front door and kitchen window to the sliding doors in the spacious living room. Beth had thought of everything - we needed nothing. The large pool was steps away and the other owners and guests were welcoming. We could have stayed forever.

This is a great condo in an excellent location for everything. Close to the pool, grills, covered parking. We spent over 3 months in this condo this summer and had a wonderful experience. Beth, the owner, was responsive and helpful. the condo is well equipped. It was a lanai as well as a patio and overlook the golf course. It's close to Wellen Park and South Venice. I would highly recommend this for your Venice/Sarasota getaway. Thanks, Beth.

Amazing condoThe view from the lanai is amazing and peacefull with all kinds of birds on the golfcourse. The condo is nice decorated with all the things you need for a pleasant stay. The community pool is just a few steps away and we like it very much. We like to come back in autumn.

Curt and Diane H.Clean and Comfortable First Floor End Unit Condo
This clean and comfortable condo is just 20 minutes to beaches and only 3 miles to shopping centers. Everything that you need is there, just bring your luggage and food. Snook Haven has music outside and is just a short drive away. Very relaxing sitting on the patio watching the golfers at the 9th hole and the different species of birds. The pool is very close to the unit. Bob lived in the building right next door and was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. Thanks to Beth for creating a great place to stay!

K O.Beautiful Renovated 2 Bed Condo in the WestChester Gardens of the Plantation
Unit !29 is a strategically located ground end unit close to the heated pool & Clubhouse community activities as well as convenient to the shops & beaches of Venice. We enjoyed the serene view of the large lake visited daily by Florida birds, next to the Plantation Golf Course & within sight of Club's pools &Clubhouse.The decor is amazing from the art work to the new coastal themed living room & comfortable king bedrooms to the new kitchen with granite, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances .We enjoyed having our friends over who commented on how inviting the condo is. The screened lanai continues the coastal theme with a table with 4 chairs & leads to a patio & garden with another large table & 6 chairs. The inside dining has an oval table with 6 comfortable chairs. Love the leather navy sleep sofa & easy key pad entry! 3 new TVs. We will return.
