Deposit and cancellation policy:.....$1,000 deposit due with signed rental agreement. Full payment, less deposit is due 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. 100% of all payments made more than 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period will be returned, in the event of a cancellation. If cancellation is made within 60 days of the beginning of the rental period, the owner will make every effort to replace the booking and if successful, all money will be refunded.
NOTE: Due to substantial increase in taxes, dues, insurance and assessments, rental rates for 2024 will increase approximately 30%.

: For several years, Heidi and I vacationed in several parts of Florida in search of the ideal retirement location. We finally settled on Venice for its scenic beauty, beaches, and area amenities. We purchased our first home In Plantation Golf and Country Club in 2003. In 2013, we decided to purchase and investment property in Farmington Vista. We live close by and are available 24/7 to answer our renters questions and assist whenever necessary.
The condo association does not allow pets in rented units.

Truly enjoyed my stay. What a fantastic view to wake up to each morning! Owners David and Heidemarie were very welcoming, quick to respond to questions, and attentive to details. Condo was fully stocked and convenient to shopping and area attractions. A perfect community for walking, biking or simply relaxing.
