50% to secure the reservations, the balance is due prior to arrival. Security deposit refundable after departure, unless there is damage or theft.
We have completely remodeled our home and use it January, February, March we expect renters to respect our property and take care of it as we would. Renters must fill out a renter application that we have to submit to our HOA upon our acceptance of our rental agreement.
If you break or damage anything fix it or replace it, otherwise the funds will be deducted from your security deposit.

About the owner: We had a condo in North Myrtle Beach that we offered for rent on the ocean. We found the winters to be much cooler than we expected so we headed south. We have had 3 villas in the Plantation in Venice. We started with a smaller unit but equally beautiful views. We happened to meet a girl on our walk that was clearing her parents home out. We took the opportunity to purchase it and fix it up. However the home we have now became available and we couldn't pass up the views or being closer to our dear friends. So we moved to this house and remodeled it into our home.
We are sure you will love it as much as we do.

Yes there will be a roll of toilet tissue for each bathroom, liquid dish soap, a roll of paper towels to get you started and filters for the coffee pot.

This house rental is the best I have ever stayed in. Location in Venice could not be better for all of the wonders that Venice offers. My two month stay had all the comforts of home. Having lived in this area, there is nothing you could ask for that wasn't just a few minutes away, including several beautiful beaches. The home is equipped with everything you would need. Every room is comfortable. The view of the lake is breath taking to see every morning sunrises, then evening sunsets. I plan to return this year. Don and Terry are such nice owners to work with. You won't go wrong with this rental for so many reasons!!

This villa is even better than the pictures. We have stayed three times and have already scheduled two more stays for later this year. Everything anyone could ever need is right at your fingertips from beach chairs, to K cups for coffee. We love this home away from home.

We stayed in this spacious villa in July. The large living room had an inviting view of the lake. Everything we needed was here and we especially liked having the grill available. It is located in a very friendly neighborhood with a nearby pool. It is a short drive to the beaches and to downtown Venice making this a great location for a relaxing vacation.

Don & Terry were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive when we had questions. The house sat on a lake and we enjoyed the neighborhood alligator sighting most everyday. The neighborhood was friendly and the pool was conveniently located from the house.Look forward to renting from them in the near future.

Two words describe our 5 week stay - absolute perfection!! This amazing villa was everything we could have wanted - perfect location, spacious, fully stocked with tons of amenities, gorgeous view and beautifully decorated. We loved being able to walk to the pool and the neighbors are so welcoming and hospitable (we participated in a few of the weekly potlucks). Don and Terry were a delight to work with and super responsive. We would have stayed for a year if they would have allowed us! Don’t hesitate for a second when considering whether to rent this gem!! Do it! You will not be disappointed!!

Great house with lots of space and a beautiful updated kitchen that is fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking. It is a quiet community but very friendly neighbors. Great community pool and within a 15 to 25 minute drive to multiple beaches. The owners are great any questions you have Terry was quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Venice.

We have been coming to the condos in Venice Florida for 6 years and have fallen in love with the Plantation area. This was the third year that we have rented from Don and Terri and they are simply the best and kindest couple. We normally stay November and December bust this year could only for part December due to my wife having some health issues They graciously worked with us for our short time this year We are planning on coming November and December this year (2021) The area is sooo nice and beautiful We recommend this condo highly Dave
