Gran Paradiso requires an application and a $500 application fee. The application process is straightforward and done via an on-line portal, but takes about a week. They charge a $20 for an amenity pass and gate key upon check in. For Nov and/or Dec 2026, I will pay the $500 application fee.

My husband and I stayed in gran paradiso Venice Fla in one of the coach homes. The coach homes are very spacious and have wonderful roomy lanai. Dave’s unit is well stocked in the kitchen and has three large bedrooms the master bedroom has a super comfortable bed. The master bathroom is large with a soaking tub. Dave’s unit is very easy to clean. We found the neighbors around his unit to be very friendly we have made lots of friends that we still keep in touch with. There is a lot to do in the area and is very easy to get to restaurants shopping and lots of entertainment. 2027 will be our third year Dave is very easy to communicate with he always responds when we have a question. Unit is always very clean when we arrive and everything is always working. We look forward to coming back each year.

Location is in the heart of Venice. Wellen Park, Cool Today Park are less than 5 min. Downtown Venice is 10-15 min. 5 Beaches within 15 min. Siesta Key is 25 min. Fort Myers airport is 1hr, Tampa is 1:15. Punta Gorda airport is 30min. Multiple restaurants and services within minutes.
Gran Paradiso has some of the nicest amenities in the area. Very large resort pool and hot tub, top notch gym and locker rooms. New pickleball courts are lighted. Clubhouse is a nice gathering spot. Miles of walking paths.
Gran Paradiso requires an application and it has to be completed at least a week prior to occupancy.
