About the owner: I'm a lover of food, wine, music, and travel. I love experiencing new things and meeting new people. I feel most at home cooking for close friends and family, whether here at at my house, or in a villa in Tuscany. Oh yes, I'm also a non-smoking, clean, quiet, and respectful.
Why this property? The studio is newly renovated, clean and comes with all amenities that are required to make the stay a comfortable one with beach chairs and an umbrella. A Great area for walking, biking and kayaking. This studio is a short drive (10 min.) to beaches and to grocery stores, golf, restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend staying here.

I was really happy with this studio apt. rental. My host was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. This apt is in a quiet neighborhood and I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. The apt. was very cleam, the bed was extremely comfortable, and with the microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate I could cook just about anything. Internet is fabulous! I was in Venice for work and this apt was was perfect for getting work done in a comfortable environment. I'm sure it would be great for a vacation rental as well. Very close to shopping, grocery store and Dunkin.(a must for me). Thank you Sheri for making my stay so wonderful.

What can I say, this lovely studio’s location from the water and a private beach is a plus, the unit itself is quiet, clean, and very comfortable, It is stocked with most the essentials for everyday life.The bed was perfect, I have a bad back, and hips but slept very comfortably, and of corse use of a washer and dryer a must. The bathroom is spacious with a nice walk in shower., Lastly Sheri was the perfect host and living right next door is an added convenience, luckily I didn’t her assistance with anything because everything went great. We stayed in this little gem for only a week but really wished I would have booked for a bit longer, oh well there is surly a next visit coming in 2022. Enjoy we sure did!

I stayed for 3 months and absolutely loved the place, neighborhood, intercoastal/beach and ferry, location, surrounding beaches and conveniences. It was perfect for me and my small dog. The unit provided all the conveniences I needed. This place is newly remodeled/decorated with granite counter tops, a higher bathroom stool and vanity, step in shower and the bed is sooo comfy. I loved opening the blinds in the morning to sunshine and a peek of the intercoastal across the street. I feel fortunate to have found this place and the owner is a doll, so helpful and kind.....I’m coming back in 2022

Ms. Durant is a talented interior decorator. This small condo was super clean with great decoration taste and a nice backyard to do barbecue or chatting around the fire pit as a big bonus. This unit is in walking distance to a private ferry that will take you to a private island with beautiful beach. I rented this place for my father for a short vacation. He loved it. Although due to schedule change, we have to shorten the original vacation, Ms. Durant is very understanding and gave us prorated refund. She is a wonderful nice lady to deal with. For anyone who wants to enjoy the beach, the sea breeze, the nice and friendly neighborhood, this is one of the best choice you can find!
