Pops and Nokomis Sunset Hut Grill are a couple of our dining favorites. Detwillers grocery is 5 min away and we never miss shopping there for our seafood, produce and fresh baked goods.

Living in the Northeast in the winter prompted me to try to find a warm, sunny and peaceful place to decompress. Dave’s home in Venice was exactly what I was hoping to find. This home has everything you need! Dave provides all of the essentials needed to relax. In addition to a perfect floor plan which allows everyone their own space, the lanai offers a beautiful private pool overlooking a serene lake. The sunrise in the morning is breathtaking and is the perfect way to begin a day! Finally, Dave is always available if you need anything or have any questions! I highly recommend this home and look forward to returning…

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying in Dave’s house at Gondola CT in Venice the past two years. The house has everything we need to facilitate our month-long stay and has an exceptional pool and lanai to enjoy during the day and evenings. We have found the home to be very comfortable and it has many starter supplies for when we first arrive. The location is ideal, as it is near the beach and downtown Venice, with nearby shopping. The area is very peaceful for a relaxing vacation. Dave is an excellent host and very responsive to any issues that may pop up.
