Enjoy the experience of living on a Floridian lake on your tropical vacation. There is plenty of room to park your RV or boat on the driveway extending the full length beside the garage (garage parking is not available). Want to head to the beach? A bight and open split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms sits right on Dolphin Lake. Enjoy water views from almost every room in the house. Bring fido as we allow a small dog for a small fee. No cat, no exceptions! See below for more info.

The moment you enter this home your eyes will be drawn through the sliding glass doors to the peaceful tranquil view of the lake. Vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room makes this vacation home feel open and very spacious. There is a formal dining area for 6, a dinette off the kitchen overlooking the lake for 4, plus there is additional seating in the enclosed lanai. Relax in the lanai with a glass of wine and enjoy the lake views.....hear the birds! Just outside the enclosed lanai is an outdoor open patio with additional seating. The lanai has plenty of space for lounging and dining so you can enjoy the lake activity rain or shine.

There is an equipped kitchen with stove/oven combo, a microwave, dishwasher, tray ceilings and tile floors with lots of dining options right off the kitchen. Whip up a home-cooked meal anytime you please.

The master queen bedroom overlooks the lake and features a sizable walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with ceramic tile & walk-in shower. Wake up to the sounds of birds singing! The second queen bedroom is adjoined to a full bath as well with a walk-in tub. There is a bonus room with a sofa where you can relax and read your favorite magazine.

One small dog under 15 lbs allowed with pet fee. If you choose to stay with your pet, there is a carpet cleaning after pet stay of $230 plus taxes so we can keep the property in great shape.

This home is ideally located only 3.8 miles to the Manasota Key Beach (only 10 minutes away!), less than 20 minute drive to Historic Downtown Venice and the Venetian Waterway Park, only 7 minute drive to Shamrock Park & Nature Center where Fido will have a wonderful experience. Searching for special shells and sharks teeth on the beach is great fun! You will enjoy your stay here.
