Phenomenal straight on gulf views from the kitchen, livingroom, oversized balcony AND master suite. 3rd bedroom is completely private bunkroom. Parking is very close and a good size space making for hassle free trips out.
Why Kids Love It
Amazing lagoon style pool with extra wide zero entry area complete with dolphin fountains. Nicest pool in Panama City Beach by far. 50 steps from pool to the ocean when you want a little more action.
Don't deal with the west end traffic. Walking distance to great restaurants and Pineapple Willy's is right next door with their $10 32oz daiquiri refills. Also one of the closest resorts to Saint Andrews Bay.

Guests are required to pay a $50 resort fee at the Shores of Panama Concierge. The reason we do not roll in the fee is so you don't have to pay 13% tax on it. Oversize vehicles and trailers not allowed in the parking garage but there is an inexpensive lot about a 5 min walk away.
We rent to couples and families only. We do not rent to student groups or for events such as birthday parties. Only paid registered guests allowed in condo or on grounds.
The condo itself is wheelchair accessible however our balcony does have a 5" lip on the slider door so you will not be able to go onto the balcony with an electric wheelchair.

About the owner: I have been a licensed realtor in the state of Missouri since 2006 and running my own vacation rentals since 2014. We are meticulous in our maintenance and cleaning and try to think of everything.
Why this property? This is one of only 21 units of this floorplan in the entire building. The master has a wall of windows and patio door and it has a private bunk room in addition to the 2 king suites. We also loved the height of the 7th floor.

Outstanding outdoor pool and amenities, amazing view,
We enjoyed the amazing view from the extra large 7th story balcony. The condo was spacious and extremely clean with comfortable beds and furniture. We cooked all of our meals in the condo but there are nearby restaurants. The area felt very safe and secure. Everything you need is on the resort and you can tell owner takes pride in their condo.
