Service & Care = QUALITY! Our 1bedrm & bunks/2 bath, on 6TH FL, has 97-5 Star Reviews on Vrbo and 65 on Airbnb and is Very Clean.
1. You are directly on the beach with a beautiful oceanfront view! Sixth Floor. Parking is Included. That means you don't have the trouble of purchasing a Parking Permit. Not many other condos offer that.
2. It's located in the center of the building. This means perfect views of the beach & Gulf. Also, We include Beach Service & also we have beach towels to use.
3. It's right on the Gulf, facing the ocean, and the views are spectacular. Gorgeous views of the sunsets and Morning Sunrise. Sit out and Enjoy our Commercial Beach Furniture. Very comfortable. (Great for having Coffee in the morning to enjoy)
4. Our condo is one of the cleanest on the beach. Our cleaning people clean ONLY our unit.
5. Our beds are very comfy and the unit is very quiet and well-stocked.
Celadon Beach Unit #604 in Panama City Beach, FL has a 1 King bedroom plus bunk area, 2 bathroom vacation condo complete with all of the conveniences of home. Celadon 604 has a spacious living room area with wonderful views of the Gulf. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances in 2022. There is a full-size front-load washer/dryer in the unit. Towels and linens are provided. The master bedroom has a king bed and a full en suite bath. Twin bunks in the hallway, have USB connections & are perfect for the kids. The New sofa sleeper pulls out to a queen bed with a new mattress.
Direct beachfront/Gulf front condo. Celadon is the last high-rise condo on the west end of the beach, where the beaches are less crowded and the traffic is lighter. 1 bedroom with KING bed and private bath, queen sleeper sofa, and bunkbeds sleeps 6 comfortably. Water views from the Balcony & living area and kitchen. The balcony has commercial Furniture. Plus we have a Full-Size Washer and dryer in the condo.
Included Free - We pay for beach service for 2 (2 loungers on the beach and an umbrella) from March 1st.- Oct 31st. $40 + per day savings We also keep 2 chairs & umbrella in the condo to use.
Included with the booking = One Parking pass, a fee is included in the booking, All vehicles are required to purchase one. We make it easy and do that for you on the morning of your check-in day. Parking & additional information is sent to you on check-in day. Please ask if you need an additional Parking permit, for your stay.
Please Note; that there must be present, a responsible adult who is 25 years of age or older to rent the condo. If you are under 25 and your parents aren't with you you can not rent this property.
Celadon is NO SMOKING & does not allow smoking in the units or Vaping, even on the balcony, or anywhere in the complex. There is a smoking area that is noted in our information. This is a very strict rule.
No pets are allowed and this is Strickly enforced by the HOA. Only owners that have paid permits & must display a tag on their dog are allowed.
You will love that there is no check-in when you arrive; After final payment, we send you important arrival information & a key-less entry code to make it easy for checking in & out as well as parking and other information, Fast speed WiFi, Celadon amenities, and beach access are all included in the price quoted. EASY TO FOLLOW CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS are sent to you after the final payment.
The bunk beds are mainly for kids but the bottom bunk has plenty of support for an adult. Power USB in bunks & bedroom & thought out the condo.
All floors are tiled, or vinyl, and No carpets to smell! There is a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with Highback furniture to see over the railing for awesome views, where beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be your very own private shows most every morning and every evening. Dolphins and other sea life can be seen from the balcony, also. Condo amenities include cable TV & HBO, Internet, High-speed WiFi connection, 2 pools (1 indoor/outdoor and heated),(Beach seasonal Pool) a fitness center, a tennis \ Pickleball court, charcoal grills, and 4 stories covered parking garage to keep your car out of the elements. There is a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with utensils, dinnerware, cookware, and both a coffee pot & K-cup maker.
The beaches of Panama City Beach are some of the most beautiful in the world with white sand and emerald water. This condo is right on the beach so there will be no waiting to cross the street. Press G for the ground floor on the elevator and there you are! There are on-site rentals for jet skis, banana boating, parasailing, dolphin tours, and Deep sea fishing. And Great restaurants are all nearby. Plus
lots of great shopping, golfing, and an IMAX cinema are just 2 miles away at Pier Park. Across from Pier Park pier stretches into the Gulf, is fun to check out & very pretty views!
This is a family-friendly place; great nightlife is only minutes away toward the east end of the beach. Celadon is on the quieter, west-end side of the beach. We know you will love our place and the local area of PCB. The only thing missing from Celadon is You.

We have a list of restaurants on the fridge that we enjoy. If you do a little online research on Panama City Beach you will find a lot of fun things to do. Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Watercolor are nearby and offer other restaurants you may like, or site see.

Once the final payment has been made your arrival information is sent with door & pool codes for your stay. Other information is included to make it easy for you when you get there.

My family (myself, my husband, and our two boys 12 and 10) absolutely loved our vacation time at PCB. The condo we stayed in was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay without having to run to the store for household essentials. They even had a few toys for our boys to use! My absolute favorite part was the ability to have my coffee on the balcony first thing in the morning to watch the sunrise and to see the dolphins playing out in the ocean.The bed in the bedroom was super comfy and the bunks were perfect for the kids. It was nice to be able to store their things under the bottom bunk, keeping the vacation clutter at a minimum. The washer and dryer tucked away in the closet, along with the kitchen appliances were all new(ish) and worked just as they needed to.Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Schwerin for a very comfortable place for us to be able to enjoy our vacation. We will definitely visit again.
