Panama City Beach is great for a Beach vacation & so much more. The 27-mile-long beach offers a wide variety of activities to enjoy. Shell Island tours, the sea screamer boat tour, dolphin tours, or Pier Park dining and shopping.. You can enjoy your time at the beach or in one of the 2 pools & hot tubs here at Celadon. We have a list of restaurants on the fridge that we enjoy. If you do a little online research on Panama City Beach you will find a lot of fun things to do. Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Watercolor are nearby and offer other restaurants you may like, or site see.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
$100 Re-Booking fee if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
60-day policy
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, or book less than 60 days is non-refundable. If the unit has been damaged or is uninhabitable before your arrival, the renter shall be notified and reimbursed in full.

The Total is due 30 days prior to your stay, 1/2 due at booking, and the other 1/2 at 30 days prior to check-in, ( If you like to make 3 payments just ask : )
A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you, and a Security deposit of 300 dollars is due with the first payment, if the final inspection on the check-out day is good the security deposit is refunded and mailed back to you on the next business day. Once the final payment has been made your arrival information is sent with door & pool codes for your stay. Other information is included to make it easy for you when you get there.

This condo was perfect! Everything you need is there! The unit is very well taken care of and the view from the balcony was amazing! William, the owner, even got in touch with us shortly after arriving to make sure everything was good... would strongly recommend this rental unit to anyone looking to vacation in Panama City Beach!

My family (myself, my husband, and our two boys 12 and 10) absolutely loved our vacation time at PCB. The condo we stayed in was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay without having to run to the store for household essentials. They even had a few toys for our boys to use! My absolute favorite part was the ability to have my coffee on the balcony first thing in the morning to watch the sunrise and to see the dolphins playing out in the ocean.The bed in the bedroom was super comfy and the bunks were perfect for the kids. It was nice to be able to store their things under the bottom bunk, keeping the vacation clutter at a minimum. The washer and dryer tucked away in the closet, along with the kitchen appliances were all new(ish) and worked just as they needed to.Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Schwerin for a very comfortable place for us to be able to enjoy our vacation. We will definitely visit again.
