Welcome to Beachside Haven at Long Beach Resort. This stunning condo is completely updated and offers what few others can: magnificent views of the world’s most beautiful beaches from every bedroom. Plus, you’ll enjoy a spacious living room, gorgeous kitchen, and free beach service daily at one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach.
The sugar white sand beaches and the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are showcased through the spectacular floor to ceiling windows of this open floor plan living room, dining room and the kitchen. Beachside Haven is almost 1800 square feet and is a desirable end unit located on the 2nd floor allowing easy access via the elevator or the stairs. From the private balcony, you’ll soak up a view that features both the Gulf and one of the three beautiful Polynesian pools of this fantastic resort.
The first suite features a king bed and opens to the main covered balcony…a great place to watch the sun set over the water. The second suite offers two queen beds and also provides direct access to the main balcony. The third suite has a king bed and its own private Gulf-front balcony. Two additional guests can enjoy the comfortable sleeper sofa for a total sleeping/max occupancy of 10.
Beachside Haven has been upgraded with new living room and bedroom furniture, including mattresses and bedding. Watch your favorite TV shows and movies (free Netflix) on the brand new 65” Vizio Smart Flat-screen HD TV in the living room. Plus every bedroom also has new 55" large Samsung flat-screen TV's. To round out the conveniences, we have a full washer and dryer, fast wireless internet, cable TV, and as a bonus, we include free daily beach service from March to October (2 chairs + umbrella).
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes parking for two vehicles. Two additional passes may be purchased.
Long Beach Resort is a gated property with 24 hour security and boasts over 1,300 feet of white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald waters. Cool off in the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico or in one of the three pools on the property. The beautiful, huge Polynesian style Lagoon pool features two tropical islands complete with waterfalls and palm trees as its centerpiece. The two smaller pools are seasonally heated. A hot tub is on-site as well.
For snacks, try The Hangout Grill located right next to the Lagoon pool. Or if you like, the popular Pineapple Willy’s restaurant is walking distance down the beach. Walmart is conveniently located across the street, and there are additional restaurants within walking distance.

About the owner: We are Brad & Jodi Stricker both born and raised in Missouri and currently living just outside of St. Louis. We love to visit the Emerald Coast and that is the reason why we decided to own a condo here. We have four kids between us who love the Gulf as much as we do.
Why this property? We chose this property because of the uniqueness of the 3 master bedroom suites, the floor to ceiling windows throughout, the 2 separate balconies, the beautiful 2nd floor view and the option to use the steps instead of the elevator because it only being on the second floor.
The location and the views from this condo are second to none we believe!

A little happy goes along way, especially at the beach!Beachside Haven had us feeling like we were at home as we spent 8 weeks here. It is set up with all the comforts you would expect for a home away from home with well-stocked kitchen needs, bath towels, generous-sized bedrooms (3 master suites!) and full laundry room. The balcony space will have you people-watching during coctail hour and after as you witness the most spectacular susnsets you can image!We have made this our home-away-from-home 3 years now and plan to return for many more! The Host is quick to answer any questions and super helpful with any need, not that we really had any.We highly recommend staying in this beautiful, very clean 3-bedroom condo just a few quick minutes from St. Andrews State Park, many great restaurants, shopping and dolphin watching adventures.-- Beach-Happy Tenants

Such a great place! Great location and layout. Calling coastal decor that is well maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large with wonderful showerheads! Kitchen is stocked with every utensil and all the equipment you need to prepare anything you like! Appliances are top notch as well as the washer and dryer.Plenty of blankets and pillows and fans if you need them. The balcony furniture is great for having a patio lunch or rocking while watching the waves. We didn’t need anything!Really liked this place. Owners are great to work with and we would stay again in a heartbeat. You won’t be disappointed!

Spectacular was my exact word when I walked into unit 206 in Tower 1 of Long Beach Resort. To put that description in context, my husband and I have spent the Christmas holidays at Panama City Beach since 2015. The condos we stayed in were fine but did not take your breath away. This one did. The 3 bedrooms, 3 bath floor plan provided plenty of privacy for our family and grand darlens. The beds were comfortable and the décor pleasing.Each bedroom had a view of the beach. The white sand and rolling waves cannot be beat. There were 3 separate entries to the balcony which had a 4-seat high top table and 2 rockers. The host provided beach chairs and sand toys.The living area was spacious with 4 leather recliners and a leather rocker recliner. There was still plenty of room for our Christmas tree. The dining area sat 6 with room at the kitchen bar for 3. Speaking of bar, there was a coffee/adult beverage bar with a separate refrigerator. All appliances were brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with a large pantry.The washer/dryer in the unit got a workout during our 3 week stay. The owner was friendly and just a text away.The complex was in need of paint, but the parking was convenient. Security at the entrance was a nice safety precaution. The complex was quiet and during this off season there were minimal beach goers. There was little to no wait time for the elevators.When selecting the condo, I was fearful the pictures were too good to be true. They are an exact representation of the unit.Before I rented, I had questions that are all addressed in this rather lengthy description. Perhaps the greatest recommendation is we plan to return next year.

This place is beautiful. High end furniture and comfortable beds. Great view from patio and the patio table is perfect d for dinner, coffee or lounging. Condo is perfect for 3 couples and close to great restaurants. You are just steps from the beach and pool. Highly recommend!
