Ben's Beach Homes/PCBrentals will only offer a refund of monies collected if we are unable to deliver you the home reserved (Ex. Fire, Flood, Etc.). If you have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rent your dates to another party. We will refund your money IF we are able to do so. The minimum amount guest will be charged for a cancellation is $375.
Also, you may be responsible for any difference if we obtain another reservation for a lower rate.

Beautiful! Lovely home! Enjoyed every minute! Hope to bring family back next year! Highly recommended! Clean, cozy, comfortable, and just really home away from home. It is lived in but really clean.The view and privacy great! Even though neighbors are close; it is a duplex, but wasn’t an issue. Walk to beach easy! Beds are weirdly low but slept great. The decks were our favorite spots! I would recommend an umbrella for upstairs deck, though!And we had no idea a service guy for hot tub would show up unannounced and walk right back to deck. But not an issue really. Glad he was there to fill the hot tub up. Hot tub clean and awesome! Although not as private as photos seemed.I would just say bring a good egg pan because pans not so great. Bring beach towels, beach chairs, toys and stuff for kids.Also note the master bedroom toilets flapper chain broke out last night there. Needs replacing. Not a huge deal at all.Highly recommend!!
