Nice Place

Calypso 402 was a nice and convenient place to stay. The condo was well represented in the photos, the patio furniture was nice and the unit was well stocked. It was quite easy during a busy time to get from parking garage to the unit.

Great condo- As advertised!

We have been to PCB several times and always chose to stay at Calypso Towers! Best location, on the beach and walking distance to everything needed while on vacation! This specific condo was as advertised! It was clean upon arrival and Jenny & Nickey were great with their communication! We would not hesitate to stay at 402E again! We miss the view already!

Great place, great stay, will do it again!!

“Let’s Go Girls” PCB 2023, had to be the best girls trip ever! Even though it was planned at the last minute, Jenny made it all happen. The instructions on how to get to the condo, and how to access the condo and amenities were very clear. Jenny made everything so easy for us and the booking was trouble free. The view and sound of the ocean and the condo grounds were spectacular. Our rooms were nicely decorated and very clean with large closets, comfortable and well equipped. The parking garage was very safe and easy to come and go. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance . We enjoyed our stay so much we would love to book with you again real soon.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Jenny’s place! Calypso is a perfect place if you don’t want to drive much. Everything is in walking distance! Communication was great with Jenny. We had a few things come up but everything was handled quickly. The condo was clean and the king bed was comfy. The dishwasher is a bit wonky but appeared to work fine. We loved the patio and the very comfortable chairs to enjoy the spectacular view! If you love to have lots of ice for cold beverages, you have won the lottery with this condo. Calypso 402E

Great week at 402E

Great location and well maintained condo unit. Love the chair service that’s provided with condo makes it so easy for a family especially with little ones to not have to pack beach chairs! Condo 402E was nicely equipped only thing maybe could have used was air fryer! Second year staying with Jenny condos! Any little issue she had it looked at and taken care of for us!

Nice ocean front view

The ocean view from the 4th floor is perfect. The private parking garage and private elevator were great (just wish we had known how to get to the private elevator before the end of the trip). This condo could use an upgrade coffee machine (a Keurig would be great) as the current one takes several minutes to make a single cup. Aside from the noise level outside (cars going by, trash chute one room over) this condo was very nice.

Everything we could have needed

Property was just as described. Super clean. No problems. Pool was easy to access. We loved that the beach chairs were at our availability with no extra cost. Tiki bar was a plus for the adults. We have two teenagers, so being right by Pier Park allowed them their time, while being close to us. Shuckums is a favorite of ours and literally in walking distance. This condo was everything we needed and some. We strongly recommend this unit. Check in was simple and check out. Owners are very kind and informative with any questions we had.

Simply the best customer service!!!

Wow the customer service by Premium Beach Condos exceeded our expectations!! We’ve stated in so many different condos and situations over the years and they have been the best thus far.Condo was clean and so conveniently located for use of the level four only elevator! Picked this condo for that convenience and it was well worth it. Noise level was a concern when booking as so close to pool but never an issue while we were there.Best feature….the ice machine in the fridge!! So much ice and never ran out. Five adults always had plenty of ice to go around which has always been a struggle. Seems minor but when you know you know.

Great condo and location.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the condo. Newly painted snd new floors. Within walking distance of Pier Park Dr where there’s Ferris wheel, ax throwing, movie theater, shopping.and more. Great restaurants within walking distance as well. Super Walmart about a mile away. Owners responded imme when I had an issue. Only had 2 minor issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Calypso rental

I was impressed with the facility. The parking was good. The beach was just out the back door. The young men that worked the beach chair rentals were great. We had no problems with anything while staying here.Will be coming back in the future.

Perfect week getaway

The condo was everything we needed for a 5 day girls getaway from reality. The beaches were not crowded and the weather was perfect. The balcony was utilized quite frequently by us in the morning and evening overlooking the beach and ocean. So quiet and relaxing to sit and have morning coffee and to drink a glass of wine in the evenings and listen to the waves. The condo was very clean and everything we could have asked for. The elevator for floors 1-4 never had a wait. We did not rent a car but easily walked to all restaurants and shops and again the weather was perfect for evening walks on the beach. We have discovered the perfect time to visit the beach along with a perfect condo. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Perfect location!

Jenny, Just wanted to say "Thank You" again! I think this was the fourth time we have stayed at Calypso with your rentals. Once again, it was fantastic! Now that the third tower is done I thought it would be busier but it wasn't...it was actually better because they have their own pool but the addition of the Emerald Hub shop was awesome! With breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and ice cream and small shop right across the street it made it so convenient. There have very rarely been any issues with any stay and this last time when there was an issue with the beach chairs you had it resolved in 10 minutes. Like always, with Pier Park one way and the liquor store the other direction both within walking distance too it made it a week that we hardly drove anywhere at all...the only driving trip was to Wal Mart and Target which is maybe a mile away. Once again, "Thank You" and I'm sure it won't be the last time!

Great place to stay

The location was just perfect. We didn't need a car we could walk to everything! Condo was beautiful and so much room. The customer service was over the top and always available to answer any question we had. This was our second time staying in this condo and we are already planning to return this September and in the future as well.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities-no car needed

This condo is on the 4th floor of the Calypso Resort. The location was perfect-beautiful ocean view with just a short walk to Pier Park with it's many restaurants and activities. Booking and check out were easy. The condo was clean and the owner was friendly and very responsive to questions. We especially loved the balcony-great view of the ocean and pool and plenty of furniture. Linens and some basics-paper towels, a few trash bags, a couple of rolls of TP, some small toiletries-were provided, which was great since we had limited space to bring things like this on the plane. This condo had everything we needed for our family of 3. I will caution that two of the bedrooms are facing the street, which was very noisy well into the night, so this may not be ideal for light sleepers. There were 4 beach lounge chairs and two umbrellas available with our rental. They are set up and removed each day by friendly staff. There is also lounge chairs available at the pool. It was not crowded while we were there and it was windy most of the time, so the beach and pools were not busy. I suspect that the seating would be very limited during the busy season and the staff often put the chairs and umbrellas away early in the day (probably because of the weather). I would recommend bringing your own chairs or buying them at one of the beach shops so you have them when you want them. Plenty of TVs with streaming were available, additional board or card games would be a nice addition.We flew into ECP and had arranged transportation to and from the airport to the condo. It cost about $40 each way. We did not need a car other than that. We had basic supplies and groceries delivered from Walmart, which was just a mile or two away. Restaurants were plentiful and within walking distance. There was a small coffee shop across the street that was convenient for a quick snack or drink. There were plenty of shops and activities at Pier Park, and there is a liquor store just down the street. We often ate dinner at Pier Park (The Back Porch, Angry Tuna and Pompano Joes). Traffic is noisy and congested at Pier Park but this might be due to spring breakers cruising around. We also enjoyed mini golf and the escape room. We did pizza delivery one evening from Zollo's and walked to Diego's, which was delicious.Overall, this is a great condo that is clean and well maintained with a perfect location. I would re-book this unit if we return to PCB in the future

Easy Check In & Out. Wonderful location!

The 4th floor was really perfect. Great view, above the noise but not so high it made you dizzy looking over the balcony.I would say that this particular unit was poorly cleaned and could really benefit from a deep clean.The kitchen had most things necessary to be able to do anything you'd want to do but really could use a new set of silverware. Things are missing and we kept running short. We did have a large party but we always seemed short of forks.We had a wonderful family vacation and loved that we could walk to Pier Park, the dock and various restaurants. I would recommend this Condo.

Plenty of space for our family.

From walking in to the space to spending an entire week here, we always felt at home. Loved the washer and dryer availability (3 kids go through a lot of clothes!) Getting to and from the beach, having the restaurants and shops close by made it so convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Calypso 402-East

We had an amazing week Oct 9-16. Jenny was so wonderful to work with. We realized the day we checked in that we were going to need an additional parking spot due to a guest needing to drive separately for work reasons. Jenny went above and beyond to make sure we had a place for the guest to park. The unit was clean and conveniently located on the 4th floor. We will definitely book thru Jenny again.

Perfect location

Calypso 402E was the perfect condo rental. The unit looked exactly like the photos. It was clean!!! It had everything that we could have possibly needed. The pool is huge and it has a tiki bar right next to it! Walking distance to anything & everything. Jenny in the office was great! She answered ALL my questions quickly & accurately…and I had quite a few! We will be back!

Wonderful family getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this property. From booking, which was so easy to check out which was a breeze. Amazing communication throughout the process. Everything was explained perfectly and tips were much appreciated! The unit has an amazing view, easy access to pool, beach and street. Plenty of space for a family and exactly as pictures show. Our only drawback was the street leading to Calypso is jammed packed with cars day and night. Be prepared to wait to get anywhere. I highly suggest eating away from the Pier Park. Everything there is super overpriced, 1-3 hour wait and honestly not that great. Best idea cook in the condo. Everything you need is there for you! Many wonderful activities right there like jet ski, helicopter rides, etc. We would definitely rent from this owner again!

Nice condo (in busy area)

This was a very nice condo (4th floor) at Calypso. This was our first time at the Calypso and I don't LOVE the building set-up itself, but that has nothing to do with the condo. The condo was very nice and clean and it was just as advertised. It looked almost exactly like the photos (exception of newer patio furniture). The booking process was very easy and Jenny was great to work with. We spoke on the phone several times in addition to emails. She was very easy to reach. The unit was clean upon arrival (in fact) as we arrived because they were running late, but Jenny texted me to notify me of this in advance. Check out was easy, we basically just left when we were suppose to! I would recommend using Jenny again and I did like this unit, but like I said, i just didn't LOVE Calypso. The elevator and parking situation was a nightmare, probably because all of the USA was visiting Panama City this week due to the pandemic lifting. One good thing about this condo being on 4th floor, is that you can avoid the outside elevators that hit every floor since the middle elevator only goes to floor 4. WIth that said, the elevators were still busy. The parking is across the skywalk and with luggage it was a bit of a walk. Also, parking spots were rarely available. There was a snafu with the electricity the week that we went, but again, not Jenny's fault, it was the building. It was not too much of a nuisance and Jenny was in touch with us and very accomodating. I emailed Jenny privately with just a few suggestions on things that i thought could be different of changed with the condo. Overall, we enjoyed 7 days of beach and pool, so we were HAPPY!

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation!This was our 1st time staying at Calypso. The room was like the pics & clean. I liked how spacious the room was. It could use an update on furniture.The bed in the master had a dip in the mattress and the headboard was very loose. I liked being on the 4th floor we only had to go up or down one floor to get to the walkway to the parking garage we used the stairs a lot just because it was fast. It was nice that two sets of beach chairs came with the unit but I did ask the beach chair people if we could switch them out with the fold up chairs and umbrella so we could be at the edge of the water and they said no we’d have to pay for those I thought that was a little crazy. The lounge chairs are nice but we like being by the water and no one setting up in front of us and the beach at that resort can get very crowded luckily our chairs for the week were on the first row at the end of the east tower so we were away from the crowd because we noticed it stays crowded in the middle. We really didn’t drive anywhere except to the grocery store because it is walking distance to Pier Park where there is tons of places to eat & shop. It is very convenient being close to a lot of places but it can be loud in the evenings because of all the traffic near the resort and pier park. There is a tiki bar at the pool we didn’t buy anything there because they were so high and the food isn’t fresh food it sits on rollers. The pool was nice they could clean it better. Check in and out went very smooth our room actually ended up being ready early at 1pm so we got to go in early and the lady we booked with Jenny she was awesome anytime I texted or called her she responded very quickly. Our last night there was very eventful the East tower lost power at 6pm due to an electrical fire in the breaker box or something and estimated time to be fixed was 915pm, 1015 pm, 115am and it never came back on we woke up to leave the next morning and still no power so taking cold showers in the dark with flashlights and packing with flashlights and no AC sucked but we understand things happen but luckily they are refunding us our last nights stay so that is a plus I’m just thankful it happened when we were leaving and not during our stay because that would of been terrible.We did have a great vacation and I would stay there again.

Thanksgiving getaway

When all the plans for Thanksgiving changed for us and some friends due to all the lockdowns. We looked for a getaway and found this great spot last minute. The condo was great, clean and location was amazing, 4th floor so had a great view of the pool and beach as well as the sunset. It was also a block away from pier park so we never really had to get in our car to leave we had restaurants, shopping and bar's within walking distance. As for the pool it was great temperature and very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner was great to work with and communication was outstanding. Truly nice to have found something so relaxing and stress free in the middle of all that is going on these days.

Condo 402E at Calypso

We stayed in Calypso 402E. The condo was as pictured on website. Very clean and well stocked. The balcony offered great views of the pool, beach and ocean. The pools are huge and we enjoyed them very much! The beach chairs and umbrellas were a treat! We will definitely be back. Ms. Jenny, the owner, was very prompt in answering our questions. Family- friendly & convenient condo

Premium Beach Condos The property was exactly as advertised - the 3 bedroom condo with bunk beds was perfect for our family. Jenny made the booking process a breeze, even during the COVID pandemic. She communicated well and was very helpful to answer any questions that I had. The unit is well kept and Jenny responded quickly to any concerns that we had. The unit was available before our check-in time and check-out was easy, we just sent a text letting them know we had left.The location is right next to the pier and Pier Park - a preference for our family so that we can easily walk for dinner, shopping and entertainment each day.We look forward to visiting again!

The best location in Panama City Beach!

The Condo was better than it appeared in the photos. From booking to checking in to checking out it was so easy. We went with the option of the private parking and this made our stay well worth it. Perfect condo, very very clean, great location, exactly as pictured; AWESOME!

To find a condo like this one, is rare. Usually a unit will have some good things and a few not so good. When booking; you expect to have a few problems, not so with Jenny. She stayed in touch with me before the trip, during the trip and after. Simply said, I have never had a trip where everything went so well. A beautiful location, the unit was exactly like the pictures, everything worked and the beds were absolutely a dream to sleep on.

Location is awesome!

This is the third time I've stayed at the Calypso with Premium Beach Condos and it's always been great. Walking distance to Pier Park is great and all the other shopping within 1/2 mile is very handy(WalMart and Target). You could literally park your car in the parking garage and walk everywhere for a week. Jenny is awesome to deal with. Always easily accessible and gets any issues resolved quickly. I would recommend Premium Beach Condos to anyone.
