The living area features a 65-inch smart TV, books, and games with comfortable and modern décor. Enjoy complimentary WIFI throughout the house. The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances, touchless faucet, ceramic tile backsplash, granite countertops and is fully stocked for your family! It features a bar that seats four. The dining area has a large table that seats six.

Outside, behind the house the back deck has additional seating for four and is the perfect place to have your morning coffee. Grill masters will be pleased to find a charcoal grill, perfect for preparing fish or flipping burgers!

Additionally, on the main floor you will find a large pantry, a half bath with granite countertop and plush hand towels.
