About this rental
Unit 1002 is located on the 10th floor of Grand Panama Beach Resort. Tower 1 is practically on the sand of the beautiful Emerald Coast, giving you breath-taking, unobstructed views from the private balcony with balcony entrances from both the living room and master bedroom.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with 1135 SF sleeps 9 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins and a Queen sleeper sofa with all new mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided (except for beach towels) along with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella for you to enjoy the sugar sand beach. Smart TVs in each room have Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ included and a washer and dryer are in the condo for your use. High speed wifi included.

About the owner: Based in Knoxville, we think the Emerald Coast has the most beautiful beaches in the country. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, and watching the sunset is our happy place and we are so grateful we get to share that with our guests!
Why this property? We love Grand Panama and think it’s one of the best properties in the area. Being right on the beach with unobstructed views from the balcony is a definite plus! The owner’s association is always working to make sure our guests have the most amazing experience from adding luggage carts and parking spaces to maintaining the property to the highest of standards.
