This 20th floor unit is one of the largest condos at the Calypso Resort, with more square feet than many of the 3 bedroom units. This 2-bedroom 2-bath unit sleeps a total of 6-8 perfect for families, and is the only layout to feature a wrap around balcony! We have 2 King beds to sleep 4, but can actually accept up to 8 guests if you use the queen sleeper sofa, or one is an infant in a Pack N Play, or if you bring an air mattress to use in the living room. Parking in the main garage is limited to two vehicles. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Space upgrade as well!

* No Pets
* Renter must be 25 or older
* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.
* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.

Enjoying the beaches, the views, and the water activities are some of the most popular pastimes for our guests. On our beach you will find plenty of opportunities for fun. You can relax on a padded beach chair with a large sun umbrella, swim in the ocean, walk or play in the sand, or collect seashells. You can also rent a jet ski, go parasailing, or find many other excursions depending upon the day. And for those that want more, we have so much to offer. For shopping, morning coffee at Starbucks, ice cream snacks, evening entertainment, or just a casual meal, it’s hard to beat Pier Park. Just walk across the street to enjoy all they have to offer. They even have an IMAX theater.
Next door to Pier Park is Miracle Strip - an amusement park with rides, games, and activities for all ages.
For casual fine dining, there are many choices in town, but our personal favorite so far is FireFly. They specialize in fresh fish and seasonal vegetables, and their She Crab soup is outstanding.
If you’d like a close up visit with the ocean life, a visit to Gulf World Marine Park will allow you to meet Dolphins, Sea Lions, Turtles, Birds, Reptiles, and lots of our local inhabitants!

This property was exactly as advertised and even better in person! This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we love it. The unit is always clean. Jenny is always responsive and informative which is very helpful. Check out instructions were simple and easy to do. We love that the unit comes with beach chairs included. We enjoy being close to Pier Park and we like being within walking distance of Shuckums' and Diego's! The room always exceeds our expectations and we will definitely be back next year, if not sooner! This 2001 Calypso condo was the best condo for family vacation. Excellent kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room condition. We enjoyed a bit of it. Host was so nice and always available when we needed. Condo is very close to pier, and pier park and dining. Everything was so closed to us ( entertainment,shopping, dining ). Above all these , the beach view was breathtaking. I highly recommend this condo who wants to visit Panama City Beach

This room is great! The room looks exactly like the pictures. The booking process was easy, everything was clean, checking in and checking out easy, Jenny was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions! We will definite rebook with them again!The room came with 2 free rental chairs set up and taken down by the hotel daily. We didn’t bring any children, but there was a pack n play in the room and some toys to play in the sand for kiddos. They also had a fold out chair to take down to the beach. The room had plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was stocked with all your cooking needs. We have no complaints from our stay!

Well appointed condo with great kitchen. Dryer was broke and managent said it would be repaired, which NEVER happened.

We are so sorry we were unable to repair the dryer until the day of departure. We discovered the issue on Friday afternoon. just prior to arrival, and on Monday (earliest an appliance tech could come out), they explained that a part was needed, and repair occurred on Tuesday (the next day). We're sorry that this was not available to you during your short weekend stay. We do work to make repairs as quickly as possible when something goes wrong. Thank you for your understanding.

This property was somewhat clean, loved the layout of the condo. It had everything you needed. Big walk around deck that you could see all around. Did not read the want to bring list so we called the owner and she was very quick to answer the phone and lead us in the right direction. The booking, check in and check out process was very easy. There was someone at pretty much at every location to help you find and get to where you need to go. Very easy access to the beach, walking distance to the pier park and the pier. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this resort with the owner again.

Hi Guys!I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you about my stay at Calypso 2001 W PCB!A bit of background on me. When I was a young man, I was in the USAF. Tyndall AFB was my 1st duty assignment. Now that I am older, I still love to come back when I can afford to.Unit 2001 is a great unit! Most units have the master bedroom facing the street, and the balcony is in the living room area, but Calypso 2001 W has the Master Bedroom on the same side as the living room! What this means to you is that your Master Bedroom has an Ocean View too! And this also makes the whole balcony much larger! The view is why we come to PCB, and with this unit, you will NOT be disappointed!The unit is large and spacious, and for those of you who love to watch movies, there is a 75" TV in the Living room, and in each bedroom there are 55" TVs as well. Very nice when you want to unwind and relax.The bathrooms are spacious too, and have great tile and granite counter tops. A nice touch when staying in the unit.The beach is just down the elevator to the 1st floor, then a quick walk to the entrance, and you are right on the beach! 1 thing I do EVERY morning when I stay here is take a 1 hour walk each morning. It is the highlight of my day, now that I am an old guy, and no longer party lol!. There is a reason they call PCB the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches!" It is because they are!Speaking of Partying, PCB is a great place to enjoy yourself, have some cocktails and cut lose! There are bars and restaurant's all over the place, so be ready to have a blast! Just be careful, and don't over do it!If you love seafood, make sure you go to Capt. Anderson's! It is a really old and historic restaurant, and the food is amazing! Be sure to get the Seafood Sampler, it is huge and SO DARN GOOD!I could go on and on, but this review is getting kind of long.Just take my advice, come to PCB, and if you want to stay in a great unit, stay in Unit 2001!Oh and I almost forgot, if you want to deal with someone who is a pleasure to deal with, and wants to see you have the most incredible vacation EVER, make sure you speak with Jenny. She is amazing! I had a couple unexpected things happen to me with the wash machine (my fault) and Jenny was right there and fixed the issue immediately!I guess that is it, I hope you like the review, and when you come to PCB, tell Jenny the LA review helped them decide to stay.Cheers!LA

Phyllis H.Calypso West 2001 Great Rental
We stayed in the Calypso West 2001. Great location quiet and good access. The kitchen was very impressive and a good unit. We could have used more towels as we had to buy some, We needed at least another pillowcase for using two pillows had to buy some. Would appreciate the extras pillows, bed linens not used be put out of the way so we could put our clean towels there in the closet. One sheet in the second bedroom wasn't big enough for the bed. We didn't get an extra garbage bag in the kitchen but fortunately I brought one with me. We had to clean the glasses and dishes we used I believe they were washed but the soap used left a bad film on them. The furniture was worn and stains in one bedroom on the rug, but being the end of the season that happens. I would like to recommend that the cleaners doing a better job of cleaning I wiped dust of the TV stand, lamps in the bedroom and even where the toilet paper goes. We loved having a private parking space it was great. All in all I would highly recommend this unit.

Last year we went to the calypso for thanksgiving. Jenny and PREMIUM BEACH CONDOS were amazing to work with. So this year when the grandkids wanted to go to the beach before starting school it was our first choice to stay there again.Room was clean and Location is great within walking distance of pier park for shopping, food and fun. Plus right there at the pier and with my grandson living to fish perfect. It came with two beach chairs and umbrella for the week as well which was a huge plus. Those guys even helped us to locate a boat for deep sea fishing.So if your looking for a getaway or family fun try Jenny and Pcb out they are fantastic to work with
