Saturday to Saturday WEEKLY rentals only. One week maximum stay. We do not rent monthly.
PLEASE read before booking: Minimum age 25 for primary guest. This condo will accommodate up to 2 (TWO) adults (MAXIMUM) and 2 children ages 3-12 years. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUT AND NO PETS. Celadon is a non smoking community. No events, get togethers or parties. If any of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and forfeit your damage deposit. Celadon Resort has surveillance cameras.
Please accept our invitation to our 1 bedroom, 2 bath Celadon Beach Resort beachfront condo located on the 8th floor. Newly updated and furnished. (We have removed extra decorative covers and blankets for now). The kitchen has granite countertops and shaker white cabinets (installed 2016) and Stainless appliances. Beach service (daily set up of two chairs and an umbrella by the beach attendant) for 2 included in rates (March-October). Beautiful furniture and a comfortable King memory foam mattress. Replaced sofa Jan 2018. Luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout. Updated master bath with new tub, tile surround and glass doors Jan 2022. Please note that Celadon is a NON-smoking community. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the unit. The bunks are intended for children only. You will love the view from the 8th floor balcony! Celadon Beach Resort offers 2 pools, one beachfront and one heated indoor/outdoor, 2 hot tubs, tennis , exercise room , charcoal grill and covered parking garage. Celadon has security cameras and we have a Ring doorbell outside our door. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with this.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS: The traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted. We do not offer date changes. We STRONGLY suggest travel insurance in case something unexpected happens. Please be sure to read what each policy covers.
Please note that Celadon has passed the regulation that:
25 Year age requirement for renters:
Any individual renting or leasing a unit within the condominium must be a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction from any entity including the owner, tenant or rental agency.
***Celadon charges a one time $40 fee for your weekly parking pass***

About the owner: I have been renting by owner since 2001! We purchased a chalet in Gatlinburg in 1997 and have been listed on VRBO for years (vrbo #8484). My husband Jeff and I have been happily married for 43 years. We are blessed with 5 wonderful children,4 precious grandchildren and 4 sweet daughter in laws.

Great condo stocked with everything needed for a family trip . The Butlers are very responsive to any questions and condo only steps to the beach . Fantastic beach service with Jonathan attending to chairs and umbrella included every day . Parking in covered deck makes your vehicle always out of the hot sun and ready to jump in when needed . Will be returning as often as possible. Jeff & Debbie
