First Floor: Living Room, Dining Room, Downstairs Master King Bedroom with private Full Bath, Gourmet Kitchen, Half bath and Laundry.
2nd Floor: Master King Bedroom Room with large private Master Bath with soaking tub and shower; Guest Room with Queen/Twin and private Full Bath; Queen Bedroom with private Full Bath
3rd Floor: Kids Play Room: TV, Table/Chairs, Reading nook, game system
Tower: Queen Bed with beautiful views
Property was completed in 2019 and includes your own Private heated pool! Beach service with 4 padded chaise lounge chairs/2 umbrellas are included in your rental as well as multiple aluminum beach chairs for your use. We are centrally located, just steps to the beach and no golf cart is needed. Bicycle rental is available in downtown Carillon.
Minimum age to book this property is 30, Non smoking only, Pets not permitted due to to severe owner allergies. PLEASE INCLUDE NAMES AND AGES OF ALL GUESTS IN YOUR INQUIRY.
Please note: The guesthouse on the property will be blocked from rental during your stay, offering your family/friends an exclusive, private retreat.

Still Waters was perfect for our family reunion in every way. The house looked new, was spotless and had plenty of space for us to spread out. We loved having a large dining room table that fit all 14 of us! We also enjoyed being so close to the beach making it easy to pop back and forth easily from the beach. The private pool was an added bonus. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. In fact, the pans were even nicer than we have at home! It is rare that a place we rent exceeds our expectations, but Still Waters did. Kim was also so great to work with and we hope to be back soon!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Still Waters. The home is just beautiful and the location to the walk over is ideal. Having a master on the main level and the 2nd floor was ideal for our needs. Having the third floor TV/recreation area was also ideal for those who needed to do online classes and Zoom meetings during our stay. Having a private pool is such a bonus.It was very convenient to have the extra beach chairs in the storage box by the pool that we could bring down to the beach.We look forward to our next stay at Still Waters!I highly recommend this home for your next beach vacation.
