There are shops and restaurants all around and easily walkable, but it's also very convenient to have a car if you'd like to explore other beaches or attractions in the area.

*The pool is heated to an optimal temperature and cannot be heated any further without an additional cost ($50/day). Please note, a heated pool will not feel like a hot tub, but rather a refreshing bath.*
The maximum temperature the pool can be heated to is 89 degrees.
Minimum Age to Book is 18+
This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $75 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

JazmineIf you smoke, this is not the rental for you.Our family stays together every year for our annual vacation, and unfortunately, we were disappointed before we even checked in. After our trip had already been paid in full, I was required to watch a video and sign several disclosures in order to receive access to the home. One of those disclosures stated no smoking. Like most guests, we assumed this meant no smoking inside the home. However, we learned at ckeck in that smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including outside. That means no enjoying a morning coffee by the pool with a cigarette, vape, or cigar—you must leave the property completely to smoke. Had this been clearly stated in the listing before booking, we would have chosen a different property. While owners certainly have the right to set their own rules, guests deserve to know those expectations before committing to a $10,000 vacation.Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there, not enough room to tell it all.

MarandaWe stayed here for five days with a group of 26 and were very disappointed. The property is advertised for large groups and families, but it is not equipped to accommodate them comfortably. Although listed as a combined home, the only way to access the other side is by going outside, which was a major disappointment since we booked expecting everyone to be together under one roof. The kitchen was severely understocked for a home that sleeps 26, and there were not enough paper towels, toilet paper, or cleaning supplies. We had to make multiple Walmart runs for basics that should have been provided. Cleanliness and maintenance were lacking, with scuffed walls, stained furniture, loose doorknobs, and a jammed back door lock. Communication was frustrating too: we paid for the golf cart but got access the next day, and it arrived with only 37% battery. We also never received the extra blankets we requested. AshleyWe would stay here again. Location was perfect house had plenty of room. When we arrived the AC wasn’t working upstairs in unit A, back door handle was broken in unit B( we fixed that) and pool wasn’t heated. I reached out about all items through the text line. Took a while for them to respond. Called the number that I was giving when I called the text line. Cody didn’t call be back until the following afternoon about 2. When someone finally text back was told they would get the pool heated but it would take a while(never happened first night there). Then was told they would have some out in the morning to fix the ac(we are in Florida that’s not going to work). We ended up having to fix that too and get it running ourselves. Once we had all the above items corrected the stay ended up being perfect.

MaiOur family stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for our large group. The units were clean and looked just like the photos. The yard was spacious and the kids loved the large pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The house wasnt too far from the beach and there were stores and restaurants nearby. Hosts were responsive at all times of the day. We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again if we come to PCB.

GregoryThe location was great, very clean and secure. There were an issue with checkin. I received the wrong code for the doors. Once I notified the host, they quickly contacted me and fixed the issue. I would use this property again.
