You won't ever want to leave this fantastic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 7th floor condo that sleeps 12, with a huge wrap-around balcony! The gulf-facing master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath. You'll find one full and one queen bed and a flat-screen TV in the second bedroom, plus a full bath! The third bedroom has two full beds and a flat-screen TV, and a full bath. Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf greet you in the living room. The living room has a full pop out out sleeper sofa and and a large flat screen TV. You'll find a separate dining room that overlooks the Lagoon pool with seating for 6 at the table, and 4 at the bar. The dining area also has seating in front of the window overlooking the Lagoon style pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Watch the sun set into the Gulf from the wrap-around private balcony. For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer, Free WiFi, and 1 parking pass (additional parking passes can be purchased). Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the gulf! Thanks for allowing us to stay at this unit. It’s huge and was perfect for our family vacation. The wrap around porch was amazing. This was our second time staying at Edgewater Beach Resort. Both units were amazing. The pool is amazing. Everything about this resort is perfect. We will be back!!!!

Our recent stay at Edgewater Beach resort was nothing but fantastic. The condo is beautiful and very well decorated and put together and the view from the condo is absolutely breathtaking. The booking was seamless, and we had the most amazing time. Food was great, access to the beach and the pool was right outside our unit and so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again but next time I will bring my children because I think they would love it.

Condo was nice. Was a little bit of a walk to the beach through the pool area..had an issue with back sliding glass and reported it so we just used the other doors leading to patio
