Condo 706 is located on the 7th floor at Shores of Panama. Stay in our comfortable studio suite at the fabulous and ever popular Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach Florida. Shores of Panama is the most lavish resort in Panama City Beach. Our Studio Suite 706 has premium furnishings to make you feel at home. Features include a king size bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, a smart TV and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. This condo has a washer and dryer for your convenience. It has a spacious full bathroom with a vanity. Our condo is gulf front and pool front with a fabulous view of both! Spacious balcony with a chase lounge to relax and enjoy the gulf breeze! It also has a bistro table so that you can enjoy outdoor dining. All the comforts of home for the best vacation experience!

We are in walking distance of Walmart where you can do grocery pickup or delivery. We are located next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day. You can enjoy delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos and of course the best margarita around at Juan Taco located across the street at Laketown Wharf Resort. You can also enjoy live music and eat at Lulu's Sports Bar & Grill. Also, located in the Laketown Wharf Resort is The Wharf Restaurant with a seasonal buffet eatery serving steak & seafood in a contemporary space with an aquarium.

Kathy P.Perfect size for a couple
Having never booked through this site before, we were a bit hesitant but it was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything we needed for our 8 night stay. Communication was constant through our entire booking process. Also, after we arrived, responses were very quick if we had a question or concern. When we arrived, there was no coffee carafe . We sent a note, and they had a new one dropped off to us the next morning. Parking for this unit was assigned so we didn't had to woryy about finding a spot to park after being out on an adventure. The beach was very clean. The only downside was that the heated pool was closed for our entire stay and with the cooler nights, the large main pool never warmed up enough for anyone to swim. Shopping and restaurants were close by, within walking distance We'd definately recommend this condo to anyone !

Perfect condo for a couple. Everything we needed as shown in all the pictures. Even designated parking on the same floor as the condo, very convenient. Communication with the owner was quick and positive. We were missing a coffee carafe on arrival, sent an email and one was delivered the very next morning! Only downfall was they closed the heated pool for maintenance our entire stay of 8 nights and in February the beautiful outdoor pool is not heated. We’d definitely recommend this condo!!

RyanCute condo
706 is a cute, clean condo that I rented for just myself a few nights. Great view and low enough to You're the waves crashing, the fountain and other things going on below. The condo itself is rather bare in terms of supplies, but they do have the basic necessities such as a frying pan, silverware, dish soap. Bed was comfortable and The Roku TV was set up with basic apps such as Netflix, YouTube already. Room is close to the elevators and the parking deck which is convenient. Didn't have any noise issues as some of the Google reviews state. Really depends on the time of year and the crowd of course. This is most certainly a family resort, expect a pool full of kids splashing, diving, very little quiet corners for adults although they can be found if you swim from end to end. I feel that some of the personal touch from renting from a private owner was lost and renting from a real estate company, as there was a lot of correspondence, contracts, deposits, instructions, requests, rather elaborate in my opinion. Regardless, for the price I would stay in this condo again.

We love this condo! It was our second time staying in 706. Farrah is so attentive. It means a lot to me when booking that the owner is local. This studio is the perfect size for my family of 3. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The room was a perfect fit for what I needed. I liked the location and it was close to everything. Liked being able to walk to my car that was located on same level as the room. Pool area was cleaned every morning and the workers did a great job.

Sarah M.A Great Place to Stay!
I stayed here with my wife and our seven-year-old daughter. The place was incredibly clean, well-equipped with extra blankets, pillows, towels, etc. There was a wonderful coffee pot and a great set of dishes, cups, utensils, and other items. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach is excellent. The property owner/manager reached out during the the week to check on us and make sure we were enjoying the space. I highly recommend booking!
