Tuscany Beige Travertine Tile throughout our condo laid in the French Pattern design. No carpet! The great room and all bedrooms each contain a TV, and a DVD player. We have a 55” Big Screen LCD Vizio 1080p HD TV in the Great Room. In addition, we have a Windham Fireplace Console with 4 flame settings and a 30” wide fireplace insert. Free wireless high speed internet is included. One of the couches in the great room will convert into a queen size bed with tempur pedic mattress for extra guest! In the laundry room, we have a washer and dryer!
We have the latest technology including Bluetooth surround sound stereo system. You can connect your iPhone, iPad or other Bluetooth device and listen to Pandora or your personal music.
The master bedroom is Gulf front with a door to the balcony. The room features a king size Tempur-Pedic bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, end tables, wall mirror, armoire and 55” Big Screen LCD Vizio 1080p HD TV. One of the guest bedrooms has a king size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, with end table and chest. The third guest bedroom also features King size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, chest and end table. Both bedrooms open onto a back balcony with a view of the bays and a private sitting area. Guest rooms have separate entrances to the bath.
In our luxury condo complex, you will enjoy the secure covered parking garage with five separate covered walkovers with one on our floor, and four high speed elevators. We offer a fitness room & a game room for children and teenagers. We have in-house security available by phone.
The tropical beach front pool area contains a 120 ft long heated pool, separate children's pool, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 420 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which offers para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats along with the beautiful sunshine.
From early March through mid-October we provide free use of the beach service (a $260 weekly value free to our renters) including two padded lounge chairs with umbrella on the sandy beach.

Yes, the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico and you can see it 365 days a year, unless cloudy, but some of the most spectacular sunsets are on cloudy days.
Yes, in addition to Unit 612 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath, we own Unit 611 next door, 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath. We have the ability to rent both condos as a package deal, 5 Bedrooms, 4 baths with 2 full kitchens with a total 3,320 sq ft of living area on the 6th floor, where you can park and walk directly to the condo without using the elevators.
Yes, I own 2 other condos in Panama City Beach including a 2 Bedroom condo next door at Treasure Island Resort and a 3 Bedroom at Gulf Crest that I self manage & rent.

We have stayed in numerous condos in PCB over the years, but unit 612 at Treasure Island is by far my favorite! Between the location right off Thomas drive, the proximity to the beach and the pool, you can’t ask for anything better. The condo itself is a dream! It’s as close to paradise as you can get (with 3 kids in tow) lol. There was plenty of room for our group of 7! And This unit high enough up that all you hear is ocean noise this low enough that the parking garage is close if you need to run to the car but is a quick trip down the elevator or stairs to get down to the beach/pool. I truly can not say enough good things this place. I can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our vacation the week of July 4th. We had our kids and their spouses and grandkids. The two condos next to each other was great. Our best decision was the Sea Screamer July 4th sunset cruise with fireworks. It was awesome. All ages loved it. We love Treasure Island. Beach very crowded but to be expected this time of year.

It was such a blessing to visit the Tina's Treasure Island Condo! We loved relaxing on the huge balcony taking in the beauty of God's creation of families enjoying themselves, the ocean waves, & the unbelievable sunsets! The condo was so spacious (& I mean every room!) & provided so many comfort amenities that it made all 6 of us, including both big guys over 6 ft, feelright at home. We are definitely looking forward to going back!

Awesome place to stay in the fall. Weather is usually warm and sunny. Beach is calm for small kids. Our condo is always the best. It’s 3 king beds and plenty of room for 6 adults. Kitchen has everything you need. Sunsets on the balcony are excellent!!!

We checked in to a beautiful and well appointed condo with the greatest views on PCB. The owners were so so gracious and helpful to any and all our needs. We stayed in both 611 and 612 units and they could not have been more perfect. The sunset from the balcony was unbelievably beautiful. I wish I could see that from home. They suggested several places to eat and I must recommend Patches. The condo was so perfectly decorated with comfortable and luxurious furniture. I did not want to leave the condo. They had large TV’s in every room and the beds were extremely comfortable. The balcony is very spacious with comfortable furniture. The kitchen has all you have at home and was plenty roomy for more than one cook. I can’t wait to rent from Tina again. I now know the meaning of luxury condo.Thanks, TinaDanny

This is our second year staying at Treasure Island in a wrap around corner unit. The unit was wonderful. The place was clean and the furnishings were nice and comfortable. We were amazed that all the the bedrooms had king sized beds. The kitchen was nicely furnished. We would definitely stay again. We mostly ate in so I can't really recommend any restaurants. Sorry!

Tina’s condo is one of the best we’ve stayed in over our 30 years of coming to PCB. It’s very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The condo is very spacious and we loved the floor plan with the master on one side. But best of all is the large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. There is a table and chairs for outside dining or playing cards. And several comfortable chairs and even two lounge chairs for sunning. The staff at Treasure Island keep everything clean and are friendly. Joe, the beach chair guy, runs the best operation I’ve see at PCB. He’s very friendly and checks on customers throughout the day and offers to move umbrellas as the sun moves. And Liza’s has delicious food and snacks. And Tina is very nice and makes everything so easy for check in and check out.

We enjoyed all Panama City Beach has to offer and our favorite restaurants... JMichaels and That Cajun Place. There were a lot less snowbirds visiting this year and still had a great time. Master bed was super comfy and we had all the comforts of home. The washer and dryer could have been a little better, they worked ok, they just were small and you had to run the dryer a couple of times for them to get completely dry. No biggie on that. But the corner view is absolutely amazing. Overall had a great vacation. Unit was clean and smelled clean upon entry. That is a super big deal for me.

The condo was beautifullly decorated and boasted of tons of space for me and my guests. The view was incredible, and made for the perfect backdrop for a very needed break. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. I would highly recommend this condo, as the owners were very responsive and pleasant to work with. My family and I can’t wait to go again next year!
