“Take Me A Wave” is in Panama City Beach, situated on the quiet end of Thomas Drive, yet still close to restaurants and main strip, therefore it is a relaxing and amazing location. The condo building is a smaller one, being eight floors and 61 units total, you're sure to enjoy the space on the dedicated beach and around property in general. A 2 bedroom , split floorplan, (+sleeper sofa), 2 bath, top floor condo located right ON the beach. The spacious master features a King size bed, workspace, sofas and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed, has an equipped kitchen including (Keurig + drip coffee makers) and space to sit. You can drink your morning coffee on the private balcony and watch the dolphins jump in the water. There is even a desk if you need to get some work done, or plan to work a little and play alot! Sunsets are picture perfect and the beach is definitely good for the soul.
We have private beach access and security is onsite at night.
We also have beach stuff for you to use while staying; we have beach chairs, towels, toys, tube, boogie boards and bags.

On the quiet end of Thomas Drive, but walking distance to restaurants, attractions and the best ice cream shop (at the front of the parking lot). Still easy to get to Pier Park if you want to go there one day, about 10 minutes away

Please note the complex requires the responsible booking party to be at least 25 years of age.
Must check in at the office within 24 hours of arrival to show ID and receive parking pass and wrist bands. Parking pass is $30 per car.

Half of total due when booked. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Forms of payment accepted: Zelle, PayPal, Venmo and Cash app (as friends & family, if processed as goods & services an additional amount will be added to account for the amount taken off total during transaction.
Credit cards accepted, but a 3.6% processing has to be added.
If cash or check preferred, must allow time for mailing and clearing bank prior to date due.
Cancellation policy:
30 days or more - Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid.
7 -29 days prior - Partial refund: Get back 50% of every night. No refund of the service fee.

I’ve worked over 20 years in the Hospitality business. We live in TN and have two dogs, four ducks and 30 chickens..
The beach has always been my happy place, probably because my parents started bringing me before I was even a year old. I’ve always dreamed of having a place on the beach, and happy to finally have. My husband and I just bought 3/31, took almost a month cleaning, updating, changing and adding a second bedroom on the place, now it’s homey!
