From our balcony you can see all the way down the beach to St Andrews Park. We are on the 10th floor in the East building and there are no condos or tall buildings next to us to obstruct your view of the beach. A great sunrise for coffee in the morning. Or, a sunset for a cocktail.
This unit has fully equipped updated kitchen, new furniture , a 50 in flat screen TV , and a shelf mounted flat screen in the bedroom.
Sunbird gives you a lot of bang for your buck with 3 pools , gym, beach service , picnic area with grill , and plenty of beautiful white beach!
The Sunbird has a gated parking lot with 24 hour security and parking right outside the elevators (not across the street like many other condos.) You pull your car up to the elevators , unpack , and park your car. The Sunbird is also in a convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. The famous Pier Park is only a short drive, 6 miles, 16 minutes.

About the owner: My wife and I purchased this beautiful condo unit in September, 2018. We enjoy it so much we like to return several times a year ourselves.
The previous owner (Jerry and Ann) rented this Condo for about 4 years. With one Queen bed and a twin pullout it comfortably sleeps 3.
They sold this Condo to us as part of their retirement plan. We use the same excellent private cleaning services than has taken care of this unit for those 4 years. It is immaculate and provides all the amenities we can think of. The Sunbird has been there for many years, and has been and is a preferred Panama City Beach location by many folks.
We have enjoyed the food and beverages at the famous Pineapple Willy's (right next door) which can be accessed by a short walk across the Sunbird Deck. NO DRIVING.
The newest hotspot is Pier One shopping park offering major retailers, lotsa food and entertainment. We go there almost every day when we're there. Please check out their website, as they are a significant attraction to Panama City Beach. And, it's only a few minutes down the road.
We are interested in providing an excellent experience at one of the most beautiful beaches there is. Never hesitate to give us a call for any questions or comments you may have.

Why this property? Sunbird East 1003 has a combination of activities and peace and quiet on the beach. Our condo gets morning sun and afternoon shade. After a hard day on the beach you can relax on the cool shaded balcony and enjoy the view !
This condominium is centrally located which enables guests to take advantage of all of the amenities that Panama City Beach has to offer. Nearby is SHIPWRECK WATER PARK and GULF WORLD MARINE PARK, WONDER WORLD. or the whole family will enjoy a trip to the new hotspot PIER PARK where you can grab an ice cream cone, shop the stores, check out the summertime activities, catch a movie, and then have dinner sitting outside at one of the great restaurants!! There's something for everyone! Don't forget to visit Pineapple Willies right next door to the Sunbird Condominium for a frozen drink and the best grouper sandwiches in town!

Location was perfect. We were able to check in earlier in the morning ( approximately 10 am) and enjoyed the pool a reach all day. The size was perfect for the three of us. Robert was very pleasant and it was a joy working with him and his wife!

We absolutely love Robert and Cheryl's condo. We found it a couple of years back and have stayed here 3 times now and going back in 2024. The condo is nice and clean and the Sunbird is in a great location. It's right beside Pineapple Willies. We walk next door each day to refill our cups with an amazing adult beverage. Last year in 2023 there was some construction going on but it is complete now. Has 3 pools on the property with plenty of loungers. But we stay on the beach the majority of our time. His condo is priced very reasonable compared to many other condos on PCB. BOOK YOUR STAY TODAY. YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Staying in this condo for a few days to treat my sister with a birthday beach trip. The condo was small, but clean. We had a spacious balcony and a great view. The west side of the building was under renovations and appeared to be closed. This was no inconvenience and did seem to make the July beach crowd smaller . Good safe area. Robert was very responsive.

We rented this condo from Robert for a quick girls getaway and had the best time! The condo is perfect size for a couple or a couple and one child which is what we had. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee sipping or just mid day relaxing and watching the waves. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be renting again in the future! Robert was the sweetest and worked with us to make the most perfect little getaway. 100/10 recommend!!

We stayed at Origin at Seahaven, PCB, FL, #932. We had a wonderful time going to the beach and playing at the pool. Our condo was really nice, had all the bath towels needed, and provided starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels, etc., and it was clean! Loved it and will rent again IF we ever return to PCB.

The balcony view from this condo is even more beautiful than the photos. Robert was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. He answered all my questions and explained the process throughly. The condo was very clean and charming. The price was very affordable considering the prices that are being charged by others to stay in a beach front condo. The secured parking and elevators are just steps away from the condo front door. All the employees at the Sunbird were very friendly and helped with any questions I had about the resort facilities. All three pools on site were well maintained and a welcome break after spending several days on the beach. The location of the condo gave us ample access to many great restaurant choices, retail stores (Walmart and Walgreens), the marina, and St. Andrews State Park. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and I would recommend this condo. I plan to book this condo again!!!!!!

It was memorial weekend but we never had any issues with noise, parking or the elevator (honestly the fastest one we have been to in the 25+ yrs we have been going to PCB.) This was a nice condo that was a perfect fit for my small family. Amazing oceanfront views! Owner very quick to respond with questions. Although the weather was on the cooler side, one of the three pools was heated. Short distance to most attractions in PCB.

Every year my daughter, two grandchildren and myself take a vacation to Florida.Traveling with kids, let alone a toddler, can be exhausting if not planned properly. This condo requires a short stroller push to the beach and leaves you with far more time to relax and enjoy. The views are beautiful and unobstructed. The condo is very clean and has everything you need . Everything is within walking distance. We truly enjoyed staying here! Robert answered all my questions in a timely manor and made the booking process super easy.

I was worried with pineapple Willie's being so close the beach would be overly crowded but it was not. We got a nice spot everyday! This condo was perfect for my summer getaway! I am a high school teacher, and this vacation was just what I needed to relax! The condo came equipped with all the needed comforts of home and the balcony has a spectacular view! I had my coffee there every morning and then drinks in the evening. In between my coffee and my evening cocktails, I spent all day at the beautiful white beach that it is just steps from the condominium. The weather was perfect! The condo was perfect! It was an amazingly wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo! Robert was very helpful & responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The condo was exactly as pictured on line. It was nice & clean, plus the furniture & bed were all comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & pans. The location was good, close to Walmart & restaurants. The view from the condo was great. We spent a good amount of time on the balcony enjoying the views. We stayed from April 1-17, 2021. The only downside was that it rained more than we’d have liked!! We would recommend this condo for a nice place to stay!

Always a great time in PCB! Condo was decorated very cute! very clean, bed was comfortable, wifi worked great! Air wasn't working when we first arrived, but owner had it taken care of very promptly! Sunbird is currently under construction, pools and decks are not open (March 2021) but owner offered a rate to accommodate for the construction. Love that we could walk to Walmart, walked to eat breakfast at All American Diner (was GREAT by the way) and even walked the other way for Hersheys Ice cream one night. Hope to be back soon!

Great location, just steps from the beach! Also close to everything. The condo was just the right size and had everything we needed. We came when the condo was under repair, so the pool and deck area was closed, hence the 4 stars. But would use it again when everything is fixed. Brenda , the owner was easy to talk to regarding arrangements.

This was a great condo at a great price. Robert was great to work with. The condo was furnished with everything you need to enjoy your time there. It was convenient to things and the beachfront is pretty. We like to stay in this area and hope to stay with Robert again. We look forward to our next visit! The property was under construction but it wasn't an inconvenience to us, but the building facilities do need some TLC and it should be back up to par.

We decided on a beach trip very last minute. Wonderful owner to work with! Condo was just as described, very nice, clean and had everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Owner was very informative regarding hurricane damage and construction on the building. It was not really a big deal, had to walk a few extra steps to reach beach access. We will definitely be repeat visitors.

Room was functional. Great location. Small refrigerator, freezer part didn't work. TV didn't work the first or third time I tried to use it, not a big deal. Front door was rusty, bathroom faucet leaked, needs some tlc. I'd stay there again

This was during previous owner - we purchased this condo in September 2018 and had NONE of these problems. We have stayed there several times since and always have give our unit great TLC. I wonder if this person is really taking about our unit!There were all great reviews during the previous ownership but I guess changing owners they sadly go away.
