My Floridavacation

My daughter and I, with another friend went to Florida for a vacation. I picked Fort Meyers Beach. I found this condo , it looked nice, was reasonably priced, right on the beach and had a pool. Just what I was looking for. I talked to Steve about the area, and knew I wanted to go there. It was very clean, nicely furnished and we had an ocean view! We enjoyed our week on the beach, shopping and dining at the local businesses. It was easy to get around, and people were very pleasant! I would definitely go again! Thanks, Steve!

Perfect location

Our family enjoyed our week at the beach. The condo was very clean and provided all that we needed. The view was gorgeous and we loved the grills and tiki area. We appreciated being a few miles from all of the traffic and congestion. Would love to stay here again

Condo in paradise

Steve,s condo at smugglers cove on Fort Myers beach is nothing less then outstanding, open the door and everything you need to enjoy your stay just feet away from sugar sand covered beach, all you need is tanning lotion to enjoy your stay but theirs a good chance you'll find some in the condo..he obvious Steve take pride in his rental unit and insures all your needs are meet.

Great Vacay!

Our condo at Smugglers Cove was in the best location. We had the privacy and quiet we were looking for and we were just a trolley ride away from attractions and events. It was great to have space and the beautiful Lanai to enjoy our morning coffee.

Our home away from home, only better!

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It was everything the pictures and description said it was. This is truly a turn-key property and Steve thought of every detail. The kitchen had literally everything! It was comfortable, very clean, cozy, quiet and the perfect beach front location. Being on the sixth floor corner unit offered the best views and unforgetable sunsets from every room. It was steps away from the beach and close to a grocery store, drug store, shopping and wonderful restauants. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. We rode our bikes all over the island and when it was time to lock up our bikes we never had a problem. Parking, laudry, barbaque, shuffle board, beach chairs were all avalable whenever we wanted them. While we were planning our stay Steve was extremely accomodating and flexible and even gave us a summary of all his favorite local spots. He stayed in touch with us while we were planning our trip and checked in to make sure we were satisfied. Absolutely perfect place to relax

Once again Steve delivers the perfect place to relax when in FMB. The 6th floor condo is beautifully decorated and clean. Views are perfection all day long from watching for the dolphins in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand to the gorgeous sunsets in the evening enjoyed with a glass of wine or your favorite evening drink. The condo complex is convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants, souvenir shopping and any other activities you want. The beach is just steps off the elevator and is a great place to search for shells. The pool is also just steps in the other direction and is very well maintained. Working with Kathy Nesbitt Vacations makes your stay simple and hassle free and the owner, Steve, goes out of his way to make sure your stay is just as you want it to be.

Wonderful!

Our four week stay was wonderful !!! The condo was exactly as the website described it. The location is perfect near Publix and in a quieter part of the beach, but still close to any place you want to go. The view from the lanai is exceptional, watching the dolphins, boats, people, and sunsets. Easy access to the beach for walking and relaxing.The only draw back was not the fault of the condo itself, but from the management of Smugglers Cove. We had friends stopping by for 2 days on their way to Key West and could not get a parking permit for them. There are 99 parking spaces not counting handicap and employee parking and only 85 condos and some of the private condos where never used during our stay. I believe Smugglers Cove could have a better solution to this problem, especially since all of the condos are 2 bedrooms.However, I would recommend this unit and working with Steve as he was great to answer any question.

Excellent and will rebook in the future as is a great updated condo on 6th floor with awesome view and location.

Location is perfect. Just close enough to the shopping but far enough away to relax. Shuttles take you to shopping so no parking woes. Condo has everything you need or want and has been updated. Water view great and beds and furniture comfy. Condo building and laundry area always clean, This was a great choice for our family and even the kids commented how well they liked it (probably as Steve has video games for them). I suppose the best compliment I can give is that this was our second visit to Steve’s condo. The beach area outside of the building is as attractive as anywhere on the island, IMO. The mid-island location is away from downtown traffic, but not too far away from attractions. Publix and Bayfront Bistro (also recommended) are nearby, even walkable - we rented bikes and road most places, avoiding parking hassles. Steve’s place is well set up with kitchen utensils, including coffee gear, good frig with good ice maker to fill the Igloo cooler for the beach every day. From the lanai you have the best seat around to dolphin-watch. We had a great week!

Ft Myers Beach Vacay

My wife and I took a week and stayed at Smuggler’s Cove condos for a bit of rest and relaxation. We always enjoy staying here with the comforts of home and luxury of being on the beach.Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, our stay was still a welcome change. The dolphins always put a smile on our faces as we enjoy breakfast on the balcony.Spending time on the beach listening to the waves as we are entertained by the variety of birds, was very relaxing.Our condo had comfortable furnishings and the kitchen felt like we were home. We ate the majority of our meals at the condo, which made our life easier due to my wife’s allergies. Publix, the local grocery store is right up the street, which makes shopping very convenient.We look forward to our next visit to Smugglers Cove.

Great Place

Very comfortable. Great view of the water from more than just the lanai door. Excellent beach. Grocery store and lots of great restaurants nearby. Within just a few minutes of Fort Myers (visit the Thomas Edison - Henry Ford winter estate/museum if you can). Also short drives to Naples or Sanibel Island and Captiva. Or just stay at the beach. You can't go wrong.

Fantastic Condo

My husband and I were blown away at how wonderful the condo and views of the Gulf of Mexico. Just sitting on the balcony and watching the sunsets was truly mesmerizing. We definitely want to go back next year.

What a wonderful 2week stay at a beachfront condo

Talk about a beachfront location !! Steve condo at smugglers cove is postcard perfect, I mean it's literally baby steps from a beautiful sugar sand beach, walk from the condo, put your beach chairs and umbrella down which are supplied by Steve condo and enjoy your day at the beach. The condo provides everything you a will need, talk about move in ready. The resort is very family friendly and everyone was very respectful of each other. At the end of the day you have a front row view of the most amazing sunsets either from the beach or from your beachfront deck in your condo. We are already booking our return trip back to Steve place.

Smugglers cove

The unit is beautiful. The location to the beach cannot be any nicer. The buildings sit close to the ocean. Not a far to put your feet in the water. I feel like I would rent anything from Steve. He is honest about his places and is a very hands owner.

Like he says - just bring clothes!

Great week at the beach! Top floor, corner unit with lots of natural light. We spent a lot of time on the Lanai when we weren't down at the beach - good vantage point for dolphin-watching. Since there does not seem to be public access to the beach too near the condo, the beach always had a quiet, private feel to it.The unit was well-equipped for our liking; as coffee lovers, the Keurig AND Mr Coffee and grinder allowed us to make great coffee in our room. The frig ran great and made plenty of ice for us to use the provided Playmate cooler when we went to the beach. We stocked up at Walmart before coming on the island, then simply walked to Publix for additional needs during the week. We eat out some, but between the well-equipped kitchen and the gas grills downstairs we had great meals on the lanai, too!Our interactions with owner Steve and the rental agency were pleasant and prompt - I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Best Vacation Ever

Beautiful Condo overlooking the beach, Gulf, and with the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Pool was perfectly heated. Location on island in excellent spot for convenience while avoiding the crowds and traffic on the North end. Grocery and restaurants in walking distance. Everything advertised was in the condo and everything worked. Condo location in building in top corner offered privacy and quiet. Temperature averaged 20 degrees warmer than our home in Ga. for early January. We have already booked for January 2022 and look forward to many more opportunities to return.

Wonderful beach front condo! Incredible views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 6th Floor Corner Unit condo. The view and sounds of the ocean from the Lanai are incredible. We spent a lot of time out there. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The complex has a very nice pool for those windy days. The beach is breathtaking. It is a decent walk to the Pier. I did it daily but we also rented bikes to get around the area. The Publix is an easy walk (or drive) for groceries. Steve was very helpful with suggestions on places to go and readily available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend Steve's Condo In Paradise! Lynn

Perfect Paradise

We were highly impressed with our stay, and will definitely be coming back! Hands down the best location on the beach, and the best spot to watch the sunset! It was the perfect distance between stores and restaurants. The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and key turn ready, love that we had beach chairs, coolers, etc to use! We have ZERO complaints! If you’re looking for a condo, look no further, this is an amazing price for such an amazing place, you won’t regret it! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great place to stay!

This is the beach for mid-westeners! Everywhere we went - the people were so nice, it felt like home but much warmer. This condo was everything our family needed! Beautiful beachfront view. Stocked with what most would need, plus more. The building facility was well kept too. The pool was nice and warm.Location is 5 stars! Steps from the beach. Easy parking for a pickup. No nearby public parking so the beach was very quiet. Super close to Publix - an easy walk. Few miles from souvenir shops. Few more miles to mini golf. 20 minutes from Sanibel (we liked our beach more than Sanibel).Great for shells and sand dollars. We found tons!

GREAT CONDO

Steve, condo in a perfect location for older couple or family just steps to the beach or pool , if I took a star away it was the front door opening opposite the screen was a pain , plus the closers could be a bit softer. but other than that I have already recommended to friends. porch , view was fantastic, great sunsets even thru a screen LOL . In addition everything you could need was in the condo including beach furniture. and the place was spotless someone does a good job prepping the unit. We are going to look for retirement locations between Ft, Meyers and Braeden so doubt if we make it back but if I was vacationing in Ft, Meyers this is my FIRST choice . and price was very competitive-

Awesome condo located directly on Fort Myers Beach!

We stayed at Steve's 6th floor condo located at Smugglers Cove directly on the gulf at Fort Myers Beach. The condo was very clean and well maintained with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, full kitchen and a beautiful screened in balcony with a spectacular view. The complex offers a great pool area with laundry services and convenient close parking. This was the perfect vacation destination - we will definitely stay here again in the future.Definitely a 10 out of 10!!

Spring Break

Steve was great, he was very communicative and helpful. The condo was clean and the location was great. We rented bikes and rode all week. We had two 16 yo boys myself and husband. We had a great time and would rent the condo again. The office staff were helpful, kind and welcoming. The condo is located nearly across the street from Publix and is very convenient. It was really perfect for our family.

Perfect beach vacation

We spent 2 much too short weeks at Steve’s condo. Everything about the condo was great - being able to fall asleep listening to the surf from the master bedroom, the beautiful views from the lanai, the convenience to the beach, the well maintained bedrooms and living room and kitchen, a heated pool - all of these things contributed to a wonderful experience. Steve is very responsive to any questions you may have and goes out of his way to assure your experience is excellent. We highly recommend.

It is all you need...

My husband and I spent the month of January in this condo. We have stayed many places and I love oceanfront properties. When this is advertised "Oceanfront", you can believe it IS oceanfront! My gosh, the view from the 4th floor lanai is over the moon! The condo itself has all you will need. The grounds are beautiful. Chairs and loungers are provided for use in the grassy area between the condo and the beach. Tiki huts are provided for guest use and a large tiki hut with 3 gas grills is provided. The laundry facility was clean and easy to use - but bring a credit card! Quarters are not used. We also used the small library/gathering room a time or two. The staff were wonderful and the guests, many of whom come down regularly, were all friendly. Check out this rental. Steve, the owner, was available to us and got back with us in a reasonable time when we had a couple of questions. There is a notebook with all the information you will need about the condo and the area. There is some ongoing road construction which can slow things down, but, we were on island time and that did not bother us. The best review I can give is that we reserved this same rental for next year.

Winter Break 2020

Fort Meyers is a beautiful place to vacation in the winter months. The condo is very tastefully decorated with just enough beach decor and fully equipped to meet all of your needs. I am the family hero for finding this condo.

Great location and amazing views. Right on the ocean. All the comforts of home in a teen friendly house. Within one day, everyone was chill and happy! I loved the amenities; close to civilization, but you completely forget it the minute you step onto the porch. Clean, well appointed, bright, open, and comfortable. Pool was great, and we even used the Bar-B-Que area one night. Did I mention the Ocean? Excellent rental. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect for Beach Lovers!

We were referred to Smugglers Cove by some friends, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! We have two young boys and between the pool, beach view, and beach access, it was everything we wanted for this vacation. The lanai was our hangout of choice when not at the pool or beach, from sun up to sundown. The grounds were well-kept, pool is heated and the pool area was clean. Publix grocery is walking distance if you choose. Even with doors and windows shut, we fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing each night. Nothing beats the views (both front and back-if inside the condo or out on the lanai) and beach access offered by Smugglers Cove for the price. The shelling and sea creature searching on this beach is amazing! We will definitely be back!

Condo aptly named for comfort and vacation ready!

We had a wonderful time at this condo and loved loved loved the screened in balcony and it has a roll down metal shade that helped block out glaring light when you like sleeping in without a glaring morning sun awakening you. Fully stocked kitchen that we didnt need a thing to making meals.The new bathroom is breathtaking and told hubby we need a new bathroom just like that one at home as we are having a new one built ourselves. A high five star rating isnt really enough stars.

Most Definitely Returning For A Third Stay!

This condo makes me feel at home. It is cozy, well decorated, comfortable, and modern!! Upgraded flooring, kitchen and appliances, bathrooms and bedding!!!! Well kept, well maintained. I stayed here in 2018, then again recently in 2019 and impressed with the upgraded condo. A beautiful view of the beach which includes awesome sunrises and sunsets!!! Great Condo with Great Views!!!

Beautiful condo at a great price with a gorgeous ocean view from the bedroom and balcony! We even spotted dolphins a couple of days from the balcony. My Condo in Paradise,Ft Myers Beach, is just what was advertised. nice unit, well kept. and quiet. the hurricane scared everyone off, it was like having a private beach. had a great week walking the beach, watching sunsets and just relaxing. Wouldn't hesitate to come back, the owner does a great job of communicating with you so you know what to expect and everything went just as he explained.
