About the owner: Hi, I'm Kari!
I was born, raised, and now reside with my husband and 3 children (plus fur baby) in the Great Lakes State.
I hold a CPA license and two law degrees, but I have been home raising my children for the past 8 years. Now, I have decided to manage our properties, and I love it!
My husband and I are avid travelers and have enjoyed learning about and experiencing other cultures and foods. We have spent a lot of time traveling in Europe, but I still need to go to Greece - next on the list.
As much as we love to travel, we stay close to home in the summer months. If you haven't heard, Michigan summers on the lake are hard to beat! We spend as much of our time as possible boating, paddleboarding, fishing, going to the beach, and hiking the sand dunes.
When we're not traveling, our children keep us on our toes with their various sports, music, and art classes. They are also learning Mandarin through an immersion program at school.

Why this property? We love Fort Myers Beach!
My husband grew up coming to Fort Myers Beach for family vacations every spring. Now that we have a family of our own, we wanted to continue the tradition. We try to visit at least once every year, and our children cannot get enough.
We always dreamed about having a place of our own where we could make memories and come back to again and again.
These are the top reasons we love this property:

Holly G.Amazing Beach Getaway
My family and I recently stayed at this property for our annual summer vacation. We were not disappointed! Logistically it was so easy. No issues with arrival or checking out. This was the easiest process we’ve had to date! The condo was beautiful and well represented in the photos on the listing. It was beautiful, clean, and of course located close to everything including the beach! It was stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach so no need to pack beach chairs or umbrellas! The pool area is perfect with lots of seating and there is even a grill area for making lunch if you don’t like leaving the property much during the day. All that being said the best part of the experience by far was the way Kari treated our group. She was so easy to communicate with, thoughtful, and super helpful and responsive. I would email and she would respond ASAP! Best rental experience to date hands down. There was no stress involved throughout the entire process.Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Nora O.A Perfect Vacation Spot
We were in Ft Myers for the first time with another couple and all of us could not say enough good things about the beach/location, the condo and especially Kari, the owner! She has the condo stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and especially heading to the beach with chairs, toys, cooler and wagon!! She was great and fast with communication which made everything go even smoother! It is so easy to walk from the condo down to the beach area and back! Every restaurant we ate at was great! We all left there saying we absolutely plan to bring the rest of our families and come back next year!!!

Kari was great with communicating when it came to booking and anything else my family and I needed. The place was great for my family of 7. Beach was not far at all and their pool there was even better. Supplies were there for you if you didn’t have any to enjoy your time at the beach. I could have asked for anything more for this trip. I definitely recommend booking with Kari if you are looking for great service. Thank you again Kari!

Very nice unit. Spacious and very functional. Pool and beach… pick your poison. Travelled with two other couples and it easily accommodated our needs. Trolley stop nearby if you want to ride north to the noise end of the beach. Will definitely book again if I’m in Fort Myers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was wonderful - right on the beach and the property had everything needed for beach days, along with a wagon to things to and from. The beach was beautiful!! We visited the pool once, but it was pretty chilly - we were there in April so maybe thats why. The hot tub was lovely though. The property itself had everything we needed, even a pack and play for our littlest! So kind of the host to leave a few kcups, paper products, laundry packs and dishwasher packs to start us out! The layout was nice with kids - two back bedrooms away from the main living area. Kari, our host, was more than friendly and accommodating - answering all our questions and providing information about the location and places to check out with our family.
