Palm Jr is a one bedroom one bathroom on the ground floor. and a private
exterior sitting area.
All units were recently updated with new decor, paint, floors, rugs, furnishings and appliances.
Bedrooms all have king pillow-top mattresses, Kitchens all have granite counters and new appliances. Living room include flat screen TVs and french doors that open to balcony, 2nd story suite.
The property has a shared pool/hot tub/ 3 social fire pit areas, several charcoal bar-b-q grills, private beach access is less than a two minute walk.

We have been hosting guests in vacation rentals since 2013. We love to travel and visit with people from all over the world. Hosting vacation rentals gives us many opportunities to share life with interesting people with diverse backgrounds and unique experiences. Life is about relationships. We love providing amazing venues to bring people together and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Why this property? I used to tell people "When I grow up, I want to be a 'snow bird'." Summers in Michigan and New Jersey, winters in Florida. My wife was quite encouraged by this idea of me "growing up." :) So while she waits patiently, we have purchased this gorgeous property and hope to continue to service guests with amazing experiences on one of the nicest islands in Florida. A great place to sit back, relax and watch the sun rise and set. If you want action, it's not far away.

My husband, myself & our two small children stayed at Island Hideaway. Rhonda & Phillip were wonderful to work with & very accommodating. The place we stayed in was clean & had everything we needed. I also must add that the beds were amazingly big & comfortable! We would definitely stay again!
