About the owner: My husband & I recently retired and live full time in Bonita Springs FL.
We enjoy coming to the beach on vacation to our own unit and love all the amenities the area has to offer.
Why this property? Walking distance to everything! Trolley stops right in front of our unit and basically can tour the entire island or hop on hop off.
The town square and fishing pier is 1 mile away where all the action is, so we are just far enough away to be private but close enough to enjoy as we choose.

Susan B.Great location, south end of Ft Myers beach away from alot of tourist traffic
On the beach. Pretty private with not a lot of people. Condo was comfortable and easily accessible from main road. It could easily be 5 stars with some attention to detail. Carpet replacement and general cleaning and replacement of window blind closure. Overall a really enjoyable spot.
