Why Kids Love It
Great kids beach. Lots of room for volleyball, kickball, frisbee and the like. We rarely have big waves so it's very safe and theres a sandbar just 20' off the waterline that allows for standing in knee deep water for about 30' towards the open ocean and about 100 yards long.
Although hurricane Ian devastated the island in September of 2022, The Island is about 85% back to normal. The Santini Plaza is back up and running with a short walk across the street featuring restaurants, hardware, liquor store, UPS; etc.

Teresa R.Meticulous Condition
The location of this condo is perfect being right on the beach. It’s also close to several shops and restaurants. Beyond that the condo unit itself is pristine! The owners quickly responded to Amy of our needs (though there were few). They had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to go back.
