Location, Location, Location! Welcome to our BEACH / OCEAN FRONT condo home located at the upscale Sandarac Condo Community! Our condo is TRUE Beach Front and is not located in a building with the sandbar between the sand and the water. We are true ocean/beach (Gulf of Mexico) front, NO sandbar or beach obstructions located in front of our building!
Home away from home awaits you at our spacious, immaculately clean, renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath Gulf Front condo. A spacious, bright, fully equipped condo awaits you, located in a well-maintained beachfront community.
Best location ( without a doubt ) on all of Fort Myers Beach! Please refer to our reviews for feedback from other vacationers. Our spacious beach / oceanfront condo (comfortably sleeps 6) is located on the less congested SOUTH location of this 7 mile stretch of sandy white beach. The Southern location can't be beaten as it's directly on the beach yet convenient to the shopping and restaurants located just across the street.
Just a few short steps out of our condo door to the sandy white sugar like beach, as well as the large heated swimming pool. The condo is fully equipped with high-end luxurious bed linens, soft thick bathing towels, beach towels, beach coolers, kitchen supplies as well as a full-sized washer and dryer inside of our unit.
New high-end wood and tile floors (completely carpet free condo) & attractive high-end furniture throughout. The condo is not a typical 'worn out' rental, with detailed attention given between each guest to assure that you have a most wonderful vacation stay.
High end super comfortable King bed in master, twin tempur-pedic style beds in guest room. Queen pull out sofa bed in the large great room. An extra double mattress queen air bed supplied in the condo as well. We also have a portable playpen and portable high chair for our smallest guests. The master suite has its own dedicated bathroom via en suite. A second separate bathroom for your children or guests!
Many extras in our condo including our library of family videos, books, DVDs as well as a variety of games, pool/beach toys for the entire family. 3 FLAT SCREEN SMART TELEVISIONS including 50-inch flat-screen in the great room. High-speed internet is provided by our condo association.
Several great restaurants and shopping directly across the street and right next door. The Tiki bar & restaurant next store at the Wyndham Garden is delightful, located directly on the beach and is open to the public. Jet ski rental including organized dolphin tours as well as cabana rentals directly in front of our building.
Publix grocery store, bike rentals, scooter rentals, public library, miniature golf, dinner movie theater, churches super close to our condo, and we are just 15 miles North of NAPLES, FL - great side trip during your stay! Convenient also to Sanibel Island Beaches and outlet mall.
75 cent trolley with trolley stop in front of our condo allows families to vacation easily without the expense of a car or allow older children some independence during your stay.
For your convenience, covered assigned carport parking spot assigned to our unit, 16A, with additional visitor space parking. Several building elevators, secure building with high tech 24-hour common areas security surveillance.
The condo has both beachfront views and side views of our OVERSIZED HEATED BEACHFRONT POOL, 3 feet to 8 feet deep.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET provided by condo association in each individual unit as well as free wireless internet out by the swimming pool!
Extras: A large variety of family and children's dvd's and videos in our condo for your use. A variety of family games in our condo for your use. Pool toys, 'noodles', sand buckets for the kids to use. Leave your beach towels at home, we have 6 for you to use.

Our condo association does not allow any pets or smoking in the building. The condo association does have strict rules regarding maximum amount of occupants (4) permitted in the condos at one time. Please do not use the instant booking feature should your group size exceeds 4 people in total. Thank you!
In the event that you are not finding your desired dates as open on my calendar, please do send me a message so that I may check my calendar. I do occasionally block dates for preventative maintenance services therefore it is possible that I may have additional availability.

About the owner: We're Anne & Tim Lyons, owners of the Ocean State School of Gymnastics in Lincoln Rhode Island have been married and in business together since 1980. Visiting friends int the Fort Myers Beach area for the past 35 years has given us an affection to the area and have always wanted to purchase a condo on the beach for personal use a few times a year as well as for investment purposes. We have been landlords in RI for the past 40 years and have decided to move our property investing south. We have been looking at possible properties in the area for years and believe we've found our gem.

The north entrance is very busy during season. This condo is situated more mid/south island which puts you closer to the south egress which gives you a great option for less congested travel.
