You will love this renovated and professionally designed second floor beachfront condo on the white sand of Fort Myers Beach with spectacular straight on views of the Gulf of Mexico. The serene blue/green colors, crisp white cabinetry and weathered plank flooring were all chosen to provide a true beach experience with a spa like feel. This second floor 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is fully equipped and has the benefit of privacy with a full beach view yet is just one flight of steps from the beach and the heated beachfront pool and jacuzzi. In 30 seconds you are at the pool and beach with no long corridors or slow elevators to drag your beach gear through. You can hear the waves from every room and fall asleep to the sound with floor to ceiling glass doors open to the generous screened lanai. The beautiful open concept kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator with ice maker, a nine foot granite island, new utensils, small appliances, dishes, glasses and cooking necessities. In this condo the chef is not relegated to a tiny, cramped kitchen with a “peephole” while everyone else enjoys ocean views. EVERYTHING in this condo is well maintained and supplies are replaced often including the dishes, bakeware, cutlery, appliances, beach towels, glassware, pots and pans, measuring cups and utensils. We replace towels and sheets regularly so the white linens are always clean and crisp. You will love your upscale boutique beach experience!
The master bedroom has a king bed, two three-drawer chests and an armoire with plenty of storage to make this your home away from home. A large bathroom adjoins the bedroom and is also accessible from the living area. This was a significant factor in the renovation and is quite unusual because most one bedroom beach condos offer accessibility to a tiny bathroom through the master bedroom. This configuration offers a large bathroom with two separate designer marble top vanities and a beautiful custom tile shower with thick glass doors. The unique bathroom layout and second vanity allow for privacy and convenience because each guest has their own 36” vanity. (No more sharing the same tiny sink or brushing your teeth while one of you is trying to shower in the same small space !) A walk in closet with felt hangers, shelving and two suitcase racks adjoins the bathroom.
The stylish living area has a remote controlled ceiling fan and is open to the large kitchen. The floor to ceiling sliding doors which span the entire width of the great room lead directly to the generous screened lanai. A contemporary dining table with four chairs and an overhead ceiling fan make this the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch for dolphins, catch some shade from the afternoon sun or enjoy a glass of wine as you listen to seagulls, waves and watch the sunset. The remote controlled hurricane shutters offer optional privacy and protection from storms that may blow in from the Gulf. The large armoire on the lanai stores beach accessories, a rolling cooler, beach chairs, and noodles for the heated beachfront pool. Oversized beach towels and an umbrella w/auger are also provided so all you need to bring is sunscreen and your swimsuit!
You won’t miss the game – or anything else - with two new in 2022 wall mounted QLED Smart HDTV’s with DVR capability, premium cable and built in ROKU (65” living room and 43” bedroom). If you must bring work on your vacation, you will appreciate the complimentary high speed BLAST WIFI, a WIFI printer and desk.
Coin laundry facilities are next to the pool and boast a big picture window with views of the pool and beach. Doing laundry never looked so good! Inside the laundry room is a shared book shelf so spare yourself the expensive airport book prices and choose your book from our selection after you arrive. The elevator is located just outside the condo and is ten steps to the laundry facilities and then ten more to the entrance of the heated beachside pool and jacuzzi.
There is one reserved covered parking space for the condo (#82). Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance and the Island Trolley (FREE), which runs the length of the island, stops directly in front of Estero Beach Club. You do not need a car to enjoy all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. The Club has bike racks and a bike rental shop is two blocks away.

Cancellations after 60 days prior arrival are non-refundable but if we are able to re-rent the condo, then we are happy to provide a full refund.

Estero Beach Club has a no smoking and no pets policy.
$500 cleaning fee will be billed to guests who bring pets into or smoke in the condo. Owners have allergic and asthmatic reactions to pets and smoke and any evidence of pets or smoking will be immediately reported.

After your reservation is confirmed, the onsite manager will make arrangements for payment of this fee and submission of the Registration Agreement.
Arrival instructions will be emailed one week prior to your vacation by the office.
Guests often say that our condo and the Estero Beach Club exceeded their expectations. As a result, our guests often make the following year’s reservation and deposit before checking out. The Club does its best to offer priority to returning guests which helps maintain the intimate feel of this boutique resort.
We also own condo #505, a penthouse two bedroom/two bathroom in the same beachfront building. (Florida Rentals #8765) That condo accommodates families and five guests. Reserve both for your family or group!
Tropical Storm and Hurricane Cancellation Policy:
The official season for tropical storms and hurricanes in Southwest Florida is June 1 - November 30 with the most damaging storms historically occurring in September. In order to avoid misunderstandings with guests who choose to vacation during this time, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. If you decide to cancel, we will work with you to reschedule your vacation.
If there is a tropical storm or hurricane, a refund will be given if:
1. The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" which encompasses this vacation rental and/or
2. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of the permanent residence of the vacationing guest.
The day that authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area as described above, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to begin during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
The location of Estero Beach Club is perfect. The beach in front of the condo is quiet yet we can easily walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. We do not need a car to enjoy all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer and the Island Trolley stops right out front so we can use that to take us everywhere on the island if we don't feel like walking. One of our favorite things to do is walk two minutes on the beach to Diamond Head Resort for lunch and leave our flip flops and towels behind. We don't even need shoes because we sit at tables right on the sand :)
We appreciate the second floor location of our condo because we have a slightly elevated view and can hear the waves in every room. The second floor provides a more private location than the ground level condos. We especially enjoy sitting on the screened lanai in the morning with our coffee and then again at night. The heated pool and jacuzzi are only one floor down and are directly on the beach so we can be at the pool AND at the beach which is a unique feature of Estero Beach Club. There is an elevator just outside the condo but we rarely use it since it is easy to walk down one set of steps to the pool. It takes 30 seconds to be at the pool and the beach! An added bonus is the poolside/beach view laundry facilities so you can do laundry and not sacrifice precious pool time.
Publix grocery store delivers! Set up your account, add your groceries to the cart, place your order and schedule delivery before you arrive. Publix will do your shopping and deliver right into the condo at your specified time for a low delivery fee. This service is terrific when all you really want to do is hit the beach.

Why Kids Love It
Sorry, this condo does not rent to children. Couples, adult friends, and especially honeymooners are welcome! We do not accommodate extra adult guests as our beachfront condo sleeps two adults.
We also own condo #505, a penthouse two bedroom/two bathroom up three floors in the same beachfront building. (Florida Rentals #8765) We accommodate five guests there and children are welcome. If you have a group or families traveling together, it makes a nice combination to rent both condos. Both condos are of high quality and similar amenities.
Estero Beach Club (2580 Estero Boulevard) has the best location on the beach. It is one mile South of the Fort Myers Beach pier, Times Square shopping and entertainment area and the high bridge to the island. The condo is walking distance to several restaurants, live entertainment and shops, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing getaway. The new Fort Myers Beach Library is two blocks south and loans DVDs, CDs and books. The Bay Oaks Park and Recreation Area is diagonally across the street. The park has a kiddie-pool, a spiral slide, an adult lap pool, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a gym, picnic area, playground and walking paths.
Fort Myers Beach is ideally located for the many attractions of Southwest Florida. It is only a 30 minute drive from the shell-rich beaches of Sanibel and the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Corkscrew Swamp, Lovers Key State Park, Naples and the Everglades are just south of Fort Myers Beach. The Key West Shuttle, a high speed ferry, makes regular trips to the Keys and leaves from Fort Myers Beach. Golf courses abound in the area as do boat rentals.

Thomas Edison had a laboratory and Winter home in Fort Myers. Henry Ford's Winter home was next door to Edison's place. There is also a museum there and these places are easy to find - it's a "straight shot" in to Fort Myers (about 15 miles).
The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins have Spring training in Fort Myers.

About the owner: We live up North and love sharing our beach condo with others. We came to Fort Myers Beach for our anniversary and loved it so much that we purchased this one bedroom condo. As our love for Estero Beach Club and our children grew over the years, so did our need for more space! In 2020 we purchased a two bedroom condo in the same building upstairs and intend to share them with family, friends and YOU for years to come. Both condos are fully renovated and stocked with quality furnishings, decor, linens, appliances and kitchen supplies. Reserve one or the other or both for an extended family gathering. You will love it.
Why this property? The location of Estero Beach Club is perfect. The beach in front of the condo is quiet yet we can easily walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. We do not need a car to enjoy all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer and the Island Trolley stops right out front so we can use that to take us everywhere on the island if we don't feel like walking. We just finished a 2 week stay in this wonderful condo on Fort Myers beach. We have stayed at this small complex a few times over the past years. We love the location right on the beach, walking distance to Times Square and many restaurants. It is small enough to get to know fellow guests. It is primarily an older adult crowd, not so suitable for children in my opinion. (kids are not allowed in the pool if not toilet trained, no floating toys allowed in pool, there is no playground type equipment). The pool is the prime attraction, right on the beach, heated to a consistent 84 degrees, with a hot tub beside it. Marti, the on-site manager, is friendly and always helpful. The condos are all individually owned and vary greatly in terms of how modern and equipped they are. I have stayed in or peeked into many units while here over the few years and #203 is undoubtedly one of the best. The condo is exactly as pictured. I can’t stress enough how well equipped this condo is but more importantly to me, how well equipped with high quality products. The linens in the bed, bath and kitchen are of great quality and obviously replaced regularly. We received comments around the pool about how nice the beach towels were! There are extras like a Keurig machine, coolers, new “Tommy Bahama” beach chairs and a large umbrella for the beach, great tv package with movies, ice maker in the freezer, good internet and air conditioning, nice “wicker” patio furniture, remote controlled ceiling fans. We loved the open concept design. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. I would not hesitate to recommend. We have booked again for next year and can’t wait!
Marty was a wonderfully helpful with any silly little questions we had— a real jem! The people that we met were all very nice. We liked being able to stay at an all adult location. We just didn’t want to deal with other people’s children at the pool and beach. The water quality was not as good as what we had at Clearwater or Madeira in past trips— but the red tide could have been an issue in those areas this year as well. Access to everything —like restaurants and grocery/confidence stores —was very good. A mile in either direct was all you could need or want. We didn’t need a car and Ubered from the airport there and back for about $40 with a tip. We rented bikes for the week from Hogan—which was just down the street on the same side of the road. We’ll probably be back to Esteros Beach area—and when we are—we will definitely stay here.
This condo sits in the perfect location. The views are amazing. The pool overlooks the beach and is simply gorgeous. Most importantly, this condo is just a gem. Absolutely gorgeous with a little bit of luxury. You open the door and you immediately know you’re about to have an amazing vacation! Not many condos come with such nice furniture, linens or well stocked kitchens. This condo has it all. I come to Florida every year but hands down best location and condo ever!

HomeAway 5 Star Review: A beautifully updated condo which was very clean! The view was amazing. We had a slight issue with the new a/c unit, but it was resolved very quickly and was a minor issue. Marti and Todd were very helpful and accomodating! The carts were very helpful to pack our things upstairs. Our stay was so great that we didn't want to leave. Will definitely stay here again when revisiting! The only minor thing we would find more helpful is not having to have change for the washer and dryer downstairs. Or have a change machine accessible (I didn't see one but could be wrong). People in shops on the beach don't want to give out change for $1.00, so stopping at multiple places was a little inconvenient but that is of no fault to this owner. Just a suggestion for the complex in general. This complex was further down from the pier, which was awesome because it was less congested and quiet.
Owner's Note: Change is kept in the office which is next to the laundry. Thanks to this owner's comment, Marti has now posted a sign in the laundry. We also have provided quarters in the condo for change on the "honor system". :)
HomeAway 5 Star Review: My husband and I spent a week here June 2, 2018 to June 9, 2018. Condo is beautifully updated with everything you could ever need! Pool area and beach area were very nice. Marty in office was helpful for area information. We could walk to restaurants and bars. Longest walk was 1 mile to Time Square where there are many great restaurants and bars to choose from. And the pier to watch the beautiful sunsets! We loved everything about this condo and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!
BEAUTIFUL!! Condo and location!!
This may be the most beautiful one bedroom condo we have rented in our many years of vacationing on the Gulf!! The location is perfect with great views of the water. The condo amenities are second to none! We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless!! Kudos to owner Michelle and the housekeeping crew!! The pool is very nice and refreshing. We did have issues with the hot tub not working middle of the week, which was a disappointment. The only other thing is that the pool closes at dusk. It would be nice if it stayed open until dark. All in all, a great place for adults, but not child friendly which is a disappointment for families with young children. Definitely will return as a couple!!

Florida law requires public pools to close at dusk and in sea turtle nesting season, lighting is not permitted on the beach after dusk which further prevents beachfront pools from remaining open. This one bedroom condo is for adults only but we welcome families in our two bedroom condo on the top floor. Estero Beach Club is near all of the Fort Myers Beach family fun!

A Hurricane ruined my vacation plans, BUT........ We were scheduled, prepaid and anxiously anticipating the start of our much needed vacation at this beautiful condo. Michelle (condo owner) was extremely insightful on recommending restaurants, night life, must-see sights, and excursions, to ensure our stay, simply be perfect. However, after much debate, due to Hurricane Dorian, a State of Emergency and the unpredictability of weather conditions, we decided to postpone our trip, as we felt, it was unsafe to travel, and requested a refund. I understand that most companies, try to avoid returning funds, due to adverse weather conditions. However, I would like to extend our gratitude towards Michelle and her husband for being kind, understanding considerate and thoughtful, as we received a 100% full refund. We will absolutely reschedule, rebook our vacation, as Michelle exceeded our expectation as a gracious hostess.
